Signed up for their internet hotspot service and they messed up EVERYTHING. Listed my service as a business account, typed the wrong email address in, put the wrong home address in and even had the wrong name on my account and I was at the store while things were being set up! Took two months to get in to my account! Then after the second month they decided it would be funny to remove my data cap just so they could overcharge me for every GB of data used. I couldn't get in to my account to see what I had used and I assumed they would cut my internet off at 100GB like they told me they would when I signed up. Ended up with a $300 bill for one month of usage all because of their fees. They aren't even interested in providing you a good internet service, they just want to make a quick paycheck with all their overages and shady dealings. And this location won't even answer a phone, they just redirect me to the automated thing even after you press the button to speak to a live...

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your AT&T locations on March 31st at Cleveland this exact one.
When I visited the store, I was seeking assistance with account help. I approached the representative politely and was patient, but instead of offering any real help, she told me there was nothing she could do and simply sent me to another store. On top of that, she left me waiting for about an hour and had a poor attitude throughout the interaction. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I felt ignored rather than assisted.
I expect better customer service from AT&T, and this experience was unacceptable. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter, ensure better training for store...
Read more25/mbps with about 1.8 upload (if that) of Internet at $60/month is just ridiculous when you have fiber providing almost 10x the amount of benefits at the same cost but we cant get it here even though we are just a mile or two extra outside of town & can see fiber as apparently "available" but then find out not to this area...Very fustrating and misleading. If the price matched the product received it would makes sense and i would change the review. 2 stars because its been steady and no crashes but the price to product value is silly considering the availability a faster internet all around...
