I visited this place. Asked for a specific food. The preparer walked around with my food opened for several minutes. Patting on my fish patty. Another cook walked over to her and leaned towards my open plate of food. I called the cashier over to me as I continued to watch these people hovering over a fish patty and it's dressing separated in the same container. I admitted my concerns about my food. The young man stood before me and lied about what I'm viewing.. to the point of getting angry and giving me word for word.. The manager on shift, had to speak in a firm tone to get him to stop! From my experience at this store, the younger people have not realized the customers make their salary by ordering foods that they want in a satisfactory way. I have visited several times with a different gentleman being manager and the entire crew isn't satisfactory. My foods are always cold or not prepared as I ordered. They want to take the food back inside and fix. Including being given old fish that's been fried again and told me it's fresh. For some reason, when I call into Corporate to complain no one responds to the voicemail and make things right. For over 40 years, Burger King has had a motto, "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" I feel it's not our way but the way the workers feel like giving it to you. Customer Service.. you drive up to the window. There's no smiles, there's no greeting just someone saying, $17.80 with their hand stuck out. I kinda force them into a conversation prior to handing my money over.. I remember Rodney Allen Ripley. The kid spokeman... Can I say this and end my comment (s).. I have visited the inside multiple times. Majority is Latino throughout the store. When I speak with that Manager he ignores and It's business as usual. It's not a mixture nor balanced. The people are not conscious when it comes to glove changing. They touch everything while wearing them and then your food. What's sanitary about that? Subway do it also and I continue to ask them to change their gloves. Read moreDisappointed. I never complain. I a lot of times get the wrong or missing food but I do not like to complain and I just go home and eat. Point is this is the first time I ever go back to a fastfood restaurant and return the food, the reason was because the hamburger tasted like some ingredient went bad and it smelled like it too my family all checked them to make sure it wasnt just me. I have eating at this location many times never had a problem. I went inside told them about the situation. The girl who helped me was nice and appologized and asked to remake my food. They remade it but again the food smelled bad and I nicely mentioned it to the cashier that I believed it was their bacon and I even apologized for returning the food… And then here is the problem. I was not even being rude at all and then the cooking lady yelled to the cashier in spanish, that if I didnt like it and if I was going to return the hamburgers again to just give me back my money… BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT. First I believe she the cook should care about her job care about the people as a human and not serve them bad food, she could off just checked the bacon or the ingredients to see if anything had gone bad and not serve it. to care enough not to get anyone sick or so… I mean this makes me so upset. It is very sad because I would hope she would not serve bad food to her own little kids… Also I worked in the food industry and they mentioned that the bacon was done in the morning I am sorry I may be wrong but food has a shelf life and they need to be more caring and simply check the food care about others who also is thr reason she has a job and thats it no need to be rude at all. Me and my husband stopped by to grab some food, and we specifically had ordered an extra 2 chicken sandwiches, so in total it would had been 3 altogether...and when my husband ordered he calmly and clearly told the staff what we wanted yet they still got our order wrong (also I would like to add when we confronted the lady at the window that we did not get our other chicken sandwich, she flat out denied it and lied saying that it was in the bag when in fact it was not...I mean seriously did you forget to count??).😑🤔not to mention we literally waited for our food for over 40 minutes!! How ridiculous is that?! And mind you it was close to 1 in the morning when we ordered, and we were the only customers waiting in line at the drive thru so how the heck could it had took that long for us to receive our food when we were literally the only customers there?! The problem is that the manager is hiring these young adults who don't know what they're doing when it comes to taking orders, and not to mention we clearly witnessed some of the staff standing nearby talking, laughing, and just goofin off...NOT PROFESSIONAL WHATSOEVER!
