Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Cleveland

Apparently since management is friends with staff they can do whatever they want. An employee decided to break court order to try to jerk our car open while cussing & yelling to get to a child she is legally not allowed around. Sticking her head & upper body in our windows yelling & cussing. Cussed us in front of everyone else at other booths, children included. I had to stand there & wait on our order since i was already out of the vehicle, the child needed away from the situation & service was heavy so it was taking a while, so he drove to the plaza over. The employee then precedes to yell to me that we're never allowed back there. So if you want someone breaking the law & verbally assaulting you while serving others then eat here cause the manager loves her & this is apparently perfectly fine at this Sonic. If we knew she worked there we wouldn't have went period. But we got harassed & a messed up order. We will be speaking with the courts when they open in the morning. This happened Friday night, spoke with them on the phone & she's still happy-go-lucky...

So this place kinda frustrates me. They have one of my most favorite Hamburgers of all time, but 90% of the time the fries are So bad I wouldn't even give them to my animals. They taste like they were made the day before and completely hard as a rock. Also they don't offer a combo Hamburger without cheese and I'm not a fan of being charged for cheese on a burger when I don't want it. I figured out he tots are always fresh, but i'm not a huge fan of tots unless they have cheese. So 50% of the time they just put the cheese on the tots instead of the burger if I ask and the other 50% they act like they can't do it without the .80 charge. Only reason I get tots in the first place is b/c the fries are Never fresh and awful. Seems pretty sensible but I guess I'm going to start asking for my burger with the cheese on the side. Super irritating to get charged almost another dollar for something I've already paid for. I wish I could rate this place 5 stars, but they are way to inconsistent and unreasonable alot...

I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese only, a double cheeseburger with mustard, pickle and cheese with a medium chili cheese tot and their online only yellow cake batter milk shake. I Got a small chili cheese tot when I was charged for the medium, My chicken sandwich had no bacon(which I paid extra for) but instead had a pile of onions which don't even come on the chicken sandwich as far as I'm aware. The double cheeseburger I got had no mustard or ketchup instead dun dun..ONIONS which I requested to take off when I made the order. The online only milkshake I order was just a plain vanilla milkshake which isn't even close to what i ordered. If I could give zero stars I would. It's not hard to the basic requirements of your job. EDIT: instead of compensating me for messing up the order, they gave me a voucher for two free chili dogs??? (not even close to what I ordered) wasn't till I went to redeem them and give them the benefit of the doubt that I realized I had to buy something else to...
