WENDY'S FIRE YOUR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE LEADERSHIP TEAM AND DO BETTER!
As noted by the other reviews. Customer sevice matters and obviously this location is terrible. Customer service starts with the leader/manager. Wendy's should take note of this and act for the students nearby of Ignatius
My experience was sadly a absolutely terrible experience. While stopping to grab lunch I hear from the restrooms someone blaring out my car in the parking lot. Thinking it's an emergency I got off the toilet and opened the door to find the store manager simply worried about the Kimble truck needing to pickup the dumpster cuz he pulled in on the exit side so it would be too sharp a left turn for the driver instead of say approaching around the drive thru for a straight shot to the designated area or even more safely turning into 30th then into the rear of the parking lot to directly approach the bin. But instead the Kimble driver wastes his companies time and embarrasses the customer inside Wendy's for his laziness. But that's not Wendy's fault so after assessing the situation from outside I go back in to willfully order maybe get an apology.... Oh no. The manager instead attacks me. Rather than sayin that makes logical sense and I can see that I'll definitely remember that next time instead as most he takes it personal even after I made a purchase. Blames fe for my passenger side just being a hair lined up over the line wanting to public silence me about how about taking pictures if that lol... Like okay fine do it for that 10 minutes I came in to poop, grab lunch and unexpectedly your lazy vendors fails and you are overwhelmed with your interview or whatever else to care for the customer and empathize or apologize you deserve this review. Next time use your brain Sir not lose a customer just cuz your feel secure enough to challenge a customer back as below your...
Read moreSo I just tried to call this location about my order. 5 TIMES!!!!! FIRST call, someone answered and said, "listen little girl, I don't have time for this put your mama on the phone." Then decided to hang up on me before I could even say anything back!. But Umm excuse me.....is this how you are training your staff and management to answer the phone...
Also.... My husband went through the drive through for me while I was on video chat with him and asked if they still have the Avocado Chicken Salad that is posted on their website.....the lady told him no so I had him get me the Ceasar Chicken Salad and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal, large with a coke......
THE SALAD IS SPOILED!!! TOOK ONE AND I MEAN ONE BITE AND ALMOST THROW UP IN MY MOUTH.....IT TASTED AND SMELLED LIKE SPOILED MILK AND ROTTEN DECAYING FOOD... so just to make sure I wasn't crazy.....I had my husband take a bite. And mind you, my husband doesnt eat Salad very much but he will eat it on occasion.
He took one bite and chewed twice and spit out the Salad and throw up.
I was really looking forward to this salad.....
My Spicy chicken sandwich.......came as a plain regular (non-spicy) sandwich....
And my large coke.....did come has a large.....but came with NO ICE!!! WHY?!?! I NOR MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR NO ICE....WE BOTH ALWAYS GET ICE......
THE ONLY THING THAT WAS RIGHT.....WAS THE FRYS......
AND SOME people might think....ohh..well everyone makes mistakes or things happen..blah blah blah
But this cost me and my husband almost $22 dollars.....yes....you read that right.....almost $22 dollars for a salad and a Spicy chicken sandwich meal....
I wish yall could smell and taste this through the pictures....absolutely nasty
Imma call a lawyer and see what my options are.. why....because serving rotten food is a health hazard and could cause...
Read moreI haven't been back for 3 years and I was reminded AGAIN why this location is so awful. I made the mistake of ordering through GrubHub and very distinctly said my pickup would be 3 hours from when I paid for the order. I immediately receive a notice that my food would be ready in 30 MINUTES and there is no way to send a message (maybe that should be a GrubHub review, but anyway..). When I do finally get to the drive thru, I'm told to pull around to the window (and wait for the driver in front of me for a good 5 minutes while they wait for the window to even OPEN for them to pay). I am told once I pull up that GrubHub orders must be picked up inside. OK. I go inside, am IGNORED for 2 minutes. I notice the person making the food is actually listening to her PHONE which is in her HAND and she is using GLOVES. Cell phones are notoriously dirty, so this is making me regret this decision once again. Once it becomes aware of where my order is, they tell me it was made 3 hours earlier and has been sitting. The worker at the front counter says they should make it again, but I am in a hurry and snatch the bag (which I do regret doing, but at this point, I don't care.) I don't know why this location is still in business. The area is becoming more upscale and the fact that this customer service has not improved in years is baffling. I realize fast food is the worst job on the planet, but when workers are allowed to get away with bad customer service, that is on management and ownership. I look forward to the day when I either see a closed sign and/or an "Under New Management" sign at this location....
