Me and the family decided to have Arby's since it was awhile since we had it. Order almost 100$ worth of food ( got a big family ) first thing was the parking lot, I know we were having high winds with blowing snow but it was plowed sloppy. Second had to wait 8 mins for fresh chicken but the rest of the order was old and cold. Got myself a spicy chicken sandwich and let me tell you what a mess!!! They drowned my sandwich in sauce to cover up the burnt bread and the old chicken. It's been almost a yr since we last ate here due to prices and the lack of management. I was very unpleased with the service I had received with the food quality.... P. S. I noticed how it's been since January 2023 that I posted this and not one person reached out to me about said issue!!!!!!!!! After this incident and not being addressed I will no longer take my business back here. Also your manager lance or whatever her name is ( the he/she ) honestly doesn't know how to treat customers. Read moreMy wife and I went to the Clinton Arbys for dinner and arrived at about 730 pm on Friday, April 12th. When we arrived most of the staff were in the process of cleaning. They were mopping and emptying trash. A young woman took our order. I ordered a #2 half pound roast beef, I received a beef and cheddar instead. They did make a new sandwich and told me I could keep or discard the incorrect one. The staff continued to clean around us. Another customer came in and stood at the counter a fee minutes until the same young lady stopped cleaning in the dining area and asked if he was ready to order. My wife noted that they had removed all the nozzles on the soda machine, so we were unable to get refills of our drinks. We were going to get shakes to go but decided to go next door to Culver's. Read moreI asked to return my drink and get a new one because the drink did not taste like the pop I ordered. I was polite and I asked if they either needed to change something with the soda machine. The girl insisted that it was diet Dr. pepper and I stated that I believe that it came from that machine, but something was wrong with it. She was not polite, she was rude and mad, and I just said I needed something different. It didn’t have to get to that point. I wasn’t blaming her for anything, but it was wrong. She practically threw a different drink at me through the drive thru and slammed the window. I understand that working in the service industry is hard. I have been there. But, there was no reason why she responded to me the way that she did.
