Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Clinton

We've been to other Jersey Mike's and they're all great food and pretty good service. That being said, this particular restaurant shined tonight. My daughter cannot have gluten and while Jersey Mike's is generally good with gf protocols, I have experienced some attitude and a lack of care while preparing the gf bowl. However tonight the manager was amazing as were her employees! They were so very careful with my daughter's food prep. The manager was great about guiding the employees through the process and the employees all had great attitudes about it. I truly appreciated the effort they put into safely making my daughter's food tonight and their friendly & positive attitudes! I recommend this...

1st time in. Ordered 2!sandwich. Specifically asked No! jalapeños! Open sandwich cheese was cold & stuck to paper wrap. Unfortunately they put jalapeños on it anyway!😡 After 12 min drive home. Called them back they said they did in fact & they’d mail a card. Called them back told them id rather pick up a remake considering the drive time & I was hungry to try it. Worker handed me a sandwich said “lucky you came in I didn’t have any cards in the store to mail anyways”. I guess they weren’t even going to tell me this unless I came up there. I went with my sister after shopping at around 1pm. Kinda busy ok fine I can deal with it. The wait was horrible for the hot sandwich. I got a cold sandwich , there WAS NO TIMING between the two sides of the line. The communication is aweful. We waited 30 minutes for the hot sandwich, while my cold sandwich was made and sat on the counter. Get that kitchen organized. The food was ok. I am not sure I would return here. Tell the customer its going to be 15 minutes or so...
