McDonald's — Restaurant in Clinton

Restaurants should really be mindful that customer service is everything. I visited this establishment today and placed a pretty simple order. The only thing that required a little thought was that I requested a Hawaian Punch and Sprite mix. The young guy repeated my order and said Tropical Punch Sprite Remix. I said no, I would like half Hawaian Punch and half Sprite. He said that is what a Tropical Punch Sprite Remix is, to which I said no. I explained what I wanted again and he said OK, gave me my total for the order and asked me to pull around. When I got to the front he said we can't mix the drink. I asked why and he said we can't. I asked why again and he said it's too much work. Too much "work, " really?!?! Then he said we just can't do it. I asked him why again and told him every McDonald's I've ever gone to did this and he said well not here. I kindly told him to cancel my $21+ order because apparently this establishment would rather lose money, waste food for 10 cents worth of syrup and seltzer water. I have options McDonald's, and your lack of customer service does not require my support. My money was well spent across the street at Wendy's where they mixed my drink with pleasure. ...

Service at this McDonald's is horrible. Ordered 2 McDouble with Bacon and the person at the window asked me to pull behind another waiting car so I could get off their 3:00 minute clock and they would bring my food to me. Two McDonald's workers came out and started walking to approximately 6 other cars trying to figure out what the customers ordered. Cars would leave and then return 2 minutes later because they had the wrong order. I finally received my order and after checking it I noticed that they forgot to add the bacon. I mentioned this to the two workers that was bringing food out to the customer. Five more minutes passed and I finally received my order and after checking this order I realized the bacon was not added to the sandwich for the second time. I asked to speak to a manager and a woman worker came out yelling if you waif 5 more minutes i will make you two new sandwiches. I asked for a refund and left. I spent more than 20 minutes parked in their parking lot waiting for my order. I finally left and once I did get home and started to eat my sandwich I noticed that the McDouble had the Big Mac sauce added to it. Long story short i will never patronize this...

Managers at this location make inappropriate comments in Spanish about their employees, and hide behind the drink station when customers have concerns. They instead push the cashiers (who are all very helpful) to deal with unhappy customers. Shameful behavior.

And do NOT order delivery for this location via Uber OR doordash. They do not care about messing up delivery orders as there's nothing the customer can do. I ordered two meals, one to be a plain sandwich and one to have everything, lettuce, tomatoes etc. Recieved both meals and both sandwiches were incorrect. The plain one had ketchup and mustard on it while the one meant to have everything on it had ketchup, mustard and pickles, no lettuce or tomatoes. How do you mess up two sandwiches? They also gave us 2 medium fries instead of 2 large ones, and then for our 2 drinks, one was missing and the other was not what we ordered, on top of no sauces in the order. I assume they were likely behind on their orders and just shoved whatever was similar to our order in the bag. But not a single thing was right. We might as well had been given a random order from a different customer. Embarrassing...
