One of the worst experiences at McDonalds!

McDonalds, it has become a place you can usually rely on getting some ok food at an ok price. When you’re on vacation and driving long distances you can usually find a McDonalds and expect to grab a quick bite and be back on the road without too much trouble. I guess we found one of the worst McDonalds and were unlucky enough to be hungry at the time. We pulled up to the drive thru menu board and ordered a big mac meal and some chicken nuggets, dr pepper to drink and med size the fries. Just a simple meal that isn’t hard to prepare and usually tastes ok and keeps us full until it’s time for our next meal. I’m not sure if the employees just don’t care or the management doesn’t really care or what’s going on at this McDonalds but this place serves the worst food ever! We pulled up to the drive thru window and as we were handed our drinks the drive thru employee told us their ice machine was broken so the drinks were warm. What? You are just now telling us this after we took the time to wait in line, took the time to order our entire meal with special request, go thru the pay window and after all of that you just now tell me that my drink is going to be warm!! What a complete waste of my time! I took the drink in the hopes I could salvage this meal and maybe stop by a gas station to get some ice but that never happened, those drinks were quickly thrown into the nearest gas station trash can. I grabbed my food and drove away, irritated that they waited until I got to the last window to tell me about the drinks. As we were driving I reached into the bag and pulled out the chicken nuggets. My hope was they cooked these like other McDonalds and that at least this would save the day since it’s a simple item and easy to cook. Nope, they found a way to screw up chicken nuggets. They were rubbery and tasted like they had been there since yesterday, the temperature was medium, not even hot and the taste was actually kind of weird. My last hope was my big mac. I should have just thrown all of it in the same trash can as the warm sodas. The big mac tasted just as bad as the chicken nuggets. Never again! This place has kept me from going to any other McDonalds since all I can think about is the horrible experience I had. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to eat...

By far this is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Earlier this year after several mistakes on my orders I started keeping track. Out of 14 orders 10 of them were wrong. Due to this I started driving a few extra miles just to go to another McDonald's. However last night I went bad this Clinton McDonald's and ordered a hamburger happy meal with a plain hamburger. Instead of a plain hamburger they gave me one with no onions and no mustard. While still at the drive-through window I handed it back to them then about three minutes later a manager hands me another hamburger and says it is correct. I'll drive away from the window then looked and this hamburger had everything on it. So I took the hamburger back in and tell them they gave me the wrong hamburger again. I noticed they took the hamburger that I brought back in into another bag and gave it to a customer. Also while waiting on my hamburger I heard a customer ask them for a yogurt and employee told them that they ran out of yogurt the day before which was also incorrect because they had just given me one.

Well a couple years later and things aren’t much better at this McDonald’s. Ordered on the app pulled up to drive through two and it wasn’t busy at all except they took three orders on Drive to one until they finally heard me keep saying hello. Ordered a Frappuccino then when I got to the window they said their machines down, sounds like the ice cream machine, what would you like instead and I replied I guess a Coke are you going to refund me the price difference and their reply was no we...

EXPECT BETTER, GO ELSEWHERE. Ordered through the app. Literally one of the absolute worst McDs visits I've ever had. Even another customer told me they're the worst in the area but had I known I'd have kept driving. After our experience and the yelling contests in the back among employees, I believe it. Over 30 min waiting on order (initially thought maybe because it was a bigger couple of orders and they seemed overwhelmed, that might be the cause of the delay) until I finally ask the surprisingly rude manager about our ORDERS. She informs me she hasn't started on them, snaps at other customers who didn't take kindly to her attitude either, and then all of the sudden starts dropping my orders on the counter with no further words, if that's all of it or not, or how long it had been in hiding. Food was cold. She never returned and clearly didn't have any concern for customers or future business. From what I saw and was told, this location just needs to be closed. Next time I'll go to Taco Bell or the gas station, ANYWHERE BUT THIS DUMP.

The manager doesn't have sense enough to post notices that cash transactions must go through the drive thru, cards must be at kiosk, and that they aren't taking orders at the counter like a normal business, so in turn she snapped at anyone who came in and didn't magically already know this.
