Burger King — Restaurant in Clovis

Can I post less than one star? Well I'm sitting here for over an hour with no help from BK at all. IVE talked to the assistant manager. IVE talked to the 1866 customer service. Supposedly the store manager Patrick has been talked to, but I dont really know that to be true? I have called the district manager Jean twice because I was given two different phone numbers. I was told she was available. That seems to not be the case cause here I sit. So why all the fuss? I guess I'm calling you out BK. When you say your going to replace part of an order maybe you should keep your word. I have been holding on to a BK receipt for a couple months waiting for the time I felt like Burger King. Well I thought today was the day. NOPE NOT GOOD ENOUGH SAYS BURGER KING. I did what I was asked of. Keep your receipt and bring it in with you the next time and BK will make it right? Well I'm sitting here with my receipt waiting on a call from the DM. Mailbox full as usual. So I guess it's time to move on to a place that appreciates my business. Although the employees were super nice and very professional the store was a total disaster I was told by one of the employees that they have been cutbacks at the local Burger King instead of five workers on the schedule tonight there was only three so I don't blame the employees for the store being a mess as much as I blame the manager and Burger King for cutting back employees this definitely has affected the cleanliness at this location makes you wonder if you want to eat there after seeing food on the floors if you zoom in on the picture underneath the fryer station you can see a couple of chicken nuggets and shadows of at least three or four that are further under the fryer station and the bags on the floor have footprints on them as they've been walked on repeatedly so how long they've actually been down there see not to me that's just laziness of the employees you drop something on the floor whether it be paper or food you stop you pick it up you throw it away as I said the store was short-staffed and when you short stuff a store...

negative stars. Went in on a Thursday at 2pm. Ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and an 8 piece nuggets. One person taking orders, one person running the drive thru and person prepping all the orders and the manager was loading the burgers into the grill. 2 minutes my nuggets slide down the chute. 13 minutes my burgers were ready. Off I go. I eat a cold nugget in the car. Unwrap my burger to find it missing a few key ingredients, the bacon and the cheese. I check burger number 2, no bacon, no cheese. Turn around and drive back. Front counter guy is now working the drive thru, same girl prepping the food. Manager still loading burgers in the grill all the while yak yak yaking it up with the food prepper. Wait another 8 minutes for the counter guy to acknowledge my existence and another two for the food prep girl to come up to the counter. Manager disappears into the back. I told the girl I wanted a refund and that I waited 15 minutes for the wrong and cold food. No apologies. This place is the worst. Zero...
