McDonald's — Restaurant in Clovis

Been here two or three times and it has always been a horrible experience. I once asked for no pickles on a cheeseburger and got one without cheese, ketchup, onions or pickles. Huh?

Was just here again because I went to shop nearby and it was terrible. The guy at the second window handed me the wrong bag of food. I decided to park and go inside to tell staff they gave me the wrong order. Well, he had the nerve to tell me that "I was the one who drove off with the wrong bag". Excuse me? He was the one who gave me the bag! The level of incompetence and overall rudeness should not be tolerated.

I was okay with waiting for them to remake my order as I recognize it was rush hour. However, when I saw several bags of my very same order make it to the drive thru window and not me, it was very upsetting. At the end of the day, I demanded for a refund and will never be returning. Spoke with one manager, Alexis, who claimed she would have a discussion with the guy serving me at the window.

I also spoke with a few customers while there. One was just trying to order a drink but there were no staff members taking orders. FYI not everyone wants to use a machine! Another customer told me she waited over 15 minutes for her food. It looked like they were well-staffed during my visit, too.

Notably, I sifted through my bag of food and saw staff handing it out to the next customer. Not to say I'm dirty but that is wrong. I've worked in fast food before and that would have never been done. If a customer leaves with a bag and comes back with it, always assume it's now damaged goods. Wasteful, yes, but appropriate. That, or let the customer keep the wrong order...

Took Forever to get our food. 17! mins in the car waiting. That doesn't count the time from when we ordered, paid, and went to park. Went through the drive-thru. It wasn't too bad. A few cars ahead of us.. Placed an order for two medium french fries, one small french fries, four cookies, and 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins. Drove up at our turn, went to pick up our food they said that the McMuffins weren't ready. It would only be about a minute and a half. Please pull up front and they'll bring it to us right away. Went around found a parking spot and sat in to wait. 17! minutes later, Arrived with french fries do not taste good cold. I would have gone through the drive-thru again but by that time there was actually a long line and wasn't going to wait. My daughter actually fell asleep in the car because of the long wait. I didn't want to wake her up and go in and exchange them with her sleeping in the car. My son was exhausted since it was late and was too tired to go in. So we paid for three large fries we threw away. We won't be going here ever again. This is the last time that they pull something like this. Time and again they have this "drive out front", there's nowhere to park that handicap spots often, and then take a very long time to bring out her food. It does not take 17 minutes to cook an egg McMuffin. They said it would take about a minute and a half. I figured 5 minutes before they came out. Boy was I wrong. Shame on me for...

There have been a lot of new hires lately so this may be why I am having a bad experience every time I go. The donut smelled and tasted like mold. Threw it away. The fries were only partially filled and not warm. Typically my food will be stale and cold. Or part or half of it will be missing. Customer service is just get the job done kind of attitude. So some people may be rude but typically they are just rushing. There is usually a line in drive through that takes a long time just to order and I tend to have to park to wait for the food after. There are not many parking spots or spots you can get to so people will take the spots you are suppose to wait in. People go inside thinking it will be quicker but you will wait even longer. And may not get your food until you ask someone for it. And the tables are usually dirty. I complained about half my food missing and my food being stale but haven't heard anything. I would highly recommend going to another location even if it is a bit of a drive.

Update I eat here whenever I need to go on a diet. I'm craving a hamburger. They give me one raw I'm craving fries, raw Soda sounds good, flat. I'll order for curb side, 30 minutes later and still no...
