If there was a no star, I would have given it. Total miscommunication during drive thru and and was sent to wait for my drinks, 2 frozen raspberry drinks and a mocha frappe. After flagging down the worker, she said they were out. So I substituted it for 2 frozen sprite. When the sprite came, my frappe didn't. After waiting for the mocha frappe, they said it was out. I said I wanted a refund. She asked was there anything else I would like to sub for it due to the inconvenience. I suggested how about a big Mac? She said okay. After a few minutes a new worker came out and I had to flag her down. I had to explain the situation to her because apparently workers here just go on breaks without telling the next person wht was going on. I explained my situation to the new worker. She came back out saying her manager said no to a big Mac and that I can have my mocha frappe? It literally was 49 cents difference. I would rather had my drink because of the heat, not another burger. So.... I guess more mocha frappe just magically appeared. I got my drink at the end after 40 frustrating minutes. Had no idea what happened. Poor poor communication. Next time I get asked to drive to a wait spot for drinks, going to refuse it at this PARTICULAR md. Can't wait for the one on Ashlan and Clovis to run back up. If my son wasn't sleeping in the back I would have gone in to speak to the manager! It's called drive thru for a reason and not drive...
Read moreI hate giving bad reviews. But this one is absolutely warranted. I placed a mobile order and waited 20+ minutes to get my food (Qtr Pounder, fries, and a Sprite+2 cookies. It was during the lunch hour, so I get that it's busy. But when you go to a fast food place and the food doesn't come out fast, there's a problem. The food runners seriously moved slower than molasses, 1 guy in particular. THEN, the food runners taking the food to the cars didn't even know which car to take the food to. They literally went from car to car asking the drivers what they ordered. Shouldn't the employees already know that? I mean that's the whole point of the Curbside stall numbers. I had to go inside to ask for the status of my order because the app notified me that the order had been filled but I didn't even have my food yet. The employees inside said that they just sent someone outside with it, so I go outside and the girl is giving my food to another person!!!!! Thankfully the person realized it wasn't their food, so the girl asks me if it's my food and I said yes. Then I tell her I'm still missing my drink, and she asks "You didn't get your drink yet?".......NO. THATS WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU! On multiple occasions, including my latest visit, I've found the drive-thru service to be frustratingly slow. The irony is apparent: there are hardly any cars in line, yet the wait times for food are lengthy. For instance, today, after ordering two sandwiches, fries, and a drink, I was asked to pull forward and wait an additional 5-8 minutes after receiving only my drink. This defeats the purpose of a drive-thru, where the expectation is to receive orders quickly and efficiently.
As I waited, not only did the wait time exceed the initially stated 5-8 minutes, but it also resulted in a longer queue of cars behind me, all seemingly trapped in the same slow service cycle.
