Juju. Time visiting a Raising Canes. I have seen some in Arizona and now in Central California. I also know that there is one being built in my town in Northern California. So with that said, their brand seems very noteworthy to check out. I will visit again for sure. The staff, very friendly. The staff seems friendly as Chic Fil a since is similar type of food. There is a limited product selection that I could see. One item that caught my eye was Crinkle Cut Fries. I am a fan of that . Compare them to Del Taco or a Drive In place near home at Nubins Drive In., Raising Cains will have to rank in between. Needs just a little more seasoning but good . The drive thru waiting experience was about 30 minutes long with double lanes. A bit longer than I expected, although everywhere that I have seen a location, always packed with cars on the drive thru. Not as fast as Chic Fil a but pretty good product. I had the 3 piece chicken meal with Crinkle Cut Fries and Cole slaw. The limited sauces offered were the Honey Mustard and Caine Sauce. I will tell you that I didn't know if I wanted the signature sauce, but thought, WTH, "when in Rome". I found the sauce to have a Chic Fil a style (Creamy, but also had a seasoning that I couldn't put my taste buds on exactly, but it was tasty. I will give Raising Caines a Super 5 Stars Rating. Good everything especially for support in honoring Military and Veterans with a Hero Discount. Tha k you so much. I look out for my brothers and sisters of present and past to find great deals of support. Oh, I went back 2 weeks later and got that discount, and tried the Chicken finers Sandwhich. The chicken was good with the bun and sauce, butt the lettuce wilted too much.

Raising Canes Our location opened last week and the drive-thru lines are crazy long! So I placed a mobile order on their app the night before and went to go pickup it up this afternoon. I highly suggest everyone doing this so you don’t have to wait for 2+ hours. Also many do not know that you can simply go into the dining room to eat. Why? Because there is no line! And because it’s awesome inside, there’s fun music playing, disco balls, interesting art work and you can learn about the history of Raising Canes. The ambiance is such a cool vibe and the staff is super friendly. The chicken strips are hands down the best we have ever had! It is full of flavor, the meat is so juicy! Their dipping sauce is tangy and delicious! The Texas toast melts in your mouth and has the perfect buttery taste. I really like the Half Tea & Half Lemonade because they have “the good ice” which they call Canes Ice! This place is perfect for the whole family! I have picky eaters and the boys wanted more. My family & I have become Caniacs!

Went on their first day open and I was very surprised and impressed at how organized the brand new staff was. We were able to get through the line in less than 20 minutes and it took about half that time to get our food. Now some would say that’s too long but given that other locations have hours long waits the day that they open, Clovis is doing an exceptional job. I don’t eat meat but my teenage son had Raising Canes before and asked to go. I ordered some fries and Texas toast while he ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers meal. The toast was fantastic and my son said that the chicken was worth a wait much longer than we waited. The fries were good also. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Another thing I noted was that the staff all seemed happy, not super common anymore at fast food restaurants. Great job Raising Cane’s Clovis, I’m sure we will be back.

I usually don’t do reviews but this one definitely deserves one ! First of all I know this is location is losing all clientele you only see 3 -5 cars every time you go . I’m a really fan of canes but this location it’s the worst I have never experience such a bad costumer service like this . Last night I went there was only 3 cars in the drive thru seem like they were waiting for a long time because they seem frustrated . So I ordered my food worker who took my order was playing around with another worker throwing stuff at each other like little kids . Had to repeat my order like 4 times so they could get it right . Waited in line for about 50 to 60 mins but remember there was only 3 cars I was the 4th . This is normal for this location to always be taking a really long time but since the location is close to my house I decided to give them another try . There was a time when I was stuck in line for +1hour couldn’t go forward or reverse so that’s why I say it’s normal for this location to take so long . So when I get to the window and get my order I get something completely different than what I order. I explain to them that I order different stuff but they refused to give me the right one because I have already touched it . I asked for the manager but they just laughed and ignored me . Remember I was already in line for about 50-60 mins so I just left. tried calling corporate but no luck . Definitely never coming back to...

The atmosphere was a little crazy tonight, it seems to be a regular hangout for the high school/College aged kids which makes sense since they sponsor so many sporting events in town. We really appreciate that being that we live in Clovis with two school age kids. Tonight the manager Ruth helped us when a couple of things had come back incorrect with our order. She was an absolute doll and very helpful with a WONDERFUL attitude. She immediately corrected our issues no questions asked. She didn’t make us feel like we needed to prove anything just believed us and treated us as if she regularly behaves like the customer is always right. The rest of the employees were in great spirits too which isn’t surprising it’s definitely easier to enjoy your workplace when your manager is personable and enjoyable to be around, it’s probably safe to assume the higher up management would be similar to deal with. Wonderful environment I have actually started to bring my business meetings here for lunch on me and this has to be at least my 10-15th time doing so and myself and be it my family or work colleague/possible client we all leave in even better moods and uplifted spirits than we came with. A true gem here in Clovis thank...
