I came in at 5am and I ordered a small blueberry iced coffee with caramel cream and sugar and a bacon egg and cheese croissant. No label on the coffee, the croissant was burnt, and they had to remake the coffee 2 times for it to still be wrong. I believe they made it with expresso or dark roast coffee, because it was so strong, bitter and disgusting. This is dangerous as some customers may have underlying health issues and cannot have or handle this much caffeine, such as myself who is pregnant and now I am jittery, shakey, and having feel sick as I'm not used to this level of caffeine anymore nor am I supposed to ingest it. I am very disappointed as I left a $5 tip and have worked at Dunkin before for many years. It's not rocket science. Being honest with your customers is more important than making a sale. Read moreThis Dunkin is by far the worst I’ve been to. I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there in silence waiting for someone to take my order for a few minutes when a guy comes on the speaker and says “go on with your order”. Sorry but that’s not how you greet people.
Then as I begin to place my order he’s over the speaker talking to someone else, not listening to a word I said. So I waited for his “important” conversation to end to repeat myself.
Ordered my two coffees and when I got home realized the one coffee I had ordered was completely incorrect.
