Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Cody

My girlfriend and I placed an online order. Two combo meals, both with a cheeseburger and a side with two drinks and one chocolate sundae. I go in 12 minutes after the order was placed and saw my order was ready. The staff consisted of high-schoolers that made it clear they didn't want to be there. One of them was just straight up ignoring me and watching tiktok. Once one of them finally saw me, I told her the name on the order, then she handed me the order and told me have a good day. That's where the problem really started. I had the drinks and sundae on the order and none of those were handed to me when I was told to have a good day. I told her I had drinks and a sundae on my order and she then apologized quickly and handed me a drink cup and then a sundae. I left after that. I got back to my vehicle to leave when I realized I paid for two drinks and only made off with one. So these employees clearly aren't paying attention to the orders, and once I did open the bag there was no sauce or napkins. The napkins not being there was whatever, but we specifically put on the order we wanted ranch with our sides. So to conclude, the employees do not care about you or your order, and I understand food service workers have it rough, I've been there myself, but these kids just do not care at all. Not coming back here anytime...

No mask or gloves being worn at this location. Had to ask about the five dollar meal deals as its not advertised anywhere. I am assuming this is because of it being a tourist town. Been there twice 1st time was in the drive thru and my order was completely wrong but it was at closing and was just ready to be done for the night. Next time was dine in and other then a sign being used for one way and a see employee for fountain drinks no other covid safety was being utilized. I asked for my hamburger to be made with certain condiments which went in one ear and out the other. Cold fries and was not offered the ice cream that come with the 5 dollar lunch special untill I asked for it. Again I am assuming because of being a tourist. On the positive side staff was friendly and the store was clean. No need to reply asking me to reach out to the store as I have no desire to come back....

Mind the the young lady at the register in the black shirt loved her customer service skills all around. As fir the gal in blue. When you delivered our food your attitude was very appalling, quite uncalled for even. You set our food down we say thank you and ignored, or you just brushed it off like whatever or how you youngsters say now days. Then later my boss orders a burger you promptly and very rudely ask did you order this. Thank the gods above I chose not to say something because my reply to you would not have been pleasesant.
