First off I want to say thank you Ferris. After losing my Mom unexpectedly we wanted to do something special in her honor. We wanted a one of a kind wedding ring for my wife, Sherry. We had some very specific requirements and Ferris never hesitated. We took my Moms main diamond in her wedding ring along with four others and included 4 rubies from one of her bracelets. I had a small white gold cross that had been made from my Dad’s wedding band and my Ironman pendant. We also wanted to include gold from Sherry’s original wedding band included. Ferris took the shank off that ring and replaced it. Now came the second request. I wanted a small Cross necklace for myself that also include all that special stuff. So, Ferris went to work without hesitation or being put off with all my request and he showed that he cared about why we wanted these pieces of jewelry made the way we did. Ferris took half of the little Cross, Sherry’s shank of her original wedding band and a diamond off my Mom’s wedding ring and made the Cross to perfection. Well we were blown away with Ferris’ creativity and quality. We now proudly wear family heirlooms that neither of us dreamed possible. My husband went to Farris Jewelry last 2 years ago and ended up getting me the ‘Starry Night Bear’. I love it and wear it all the time. Last year we unexpectedly got to go by the store together and to our surprise Ferris was actually in the store that day. He is so humble and kind. The ‘Turquoise Bear’ caught my eye. Ferris was able to shorten the chain so that I can wear them both at the same time. While Ferris was shortening the chain of the Turquoise Bear, the ‘Starry Night Bracelet’ caught my eye and it ended up fitting perfectly. Ferris has the best customer service and took the time to tell us the story behind the pieces. I am so glad we had the pleasure of meeting him. I can’t wait to see next years collection.
