UPDATE #3: After apparently editing their response after-the-fact (hence the nature of my first update), I sent an email and the auto-reply said they'd be back to me within 2 days. That ended up not being true. Still haven't heard back.
UPDATE #2: I have noticed, after leaving my first update below, the business edited their reply such that they now want me to email them. Okay. I guess I will. But that's shady behavior.
UPDATE: Shortly after leaving the review below, I received the response. It says they want to resolve the issue, but they have provided no indication how it will be resolved. What am I supposed to make of that?
ORIGINAL: I reserved a surprise bag via the Too Good To Go app. I was excited as I had never been here before. I checked the app at around 8:45pm, saw one was available, and pick up started at 9:00pm. I bought it and hopped right in the car, even though it was dark and pouring rain. About ten minutes up the road, I get a text that my order was cancelled because there was no food. How could that be? Certainly there wasn't a crowd all picking up their bags exactly at 9:00. Read moreOrdered pickup online on March 10th. The pickup promised time was over an hour out, but I went ahead with it anyhoo. Once I arrived, there was a pretty obvious group of other people waiting for their pickup orders in the lobby, while regular customers basically breezed through the line. It took about 30 minutes to make my order, which gave me plenty of time to stew, attempt to call the store (no one answered, and the voicemail wasn't set up), and fill out forms to contact their customer service via the main website. I only finally got my order after going to the cashier and asking what was going on. They still managed to forget my chips (but remembered the various dips? okay...)
To top it all off, once their customer service did finally contact me back? "We are sorry to hear that. It is our first location in Ohio, our team member works very hard to meet the customer satisfaction base on the volume we are doing at present time. We thank you for your business. We will try our best to ensure we provide our best food quality and customer service on your next visit."

Update - although the food is always good, I enjoy it however, I notice after 5 PM The level of customer service tremendously drops after 5 PM. The atmosphere is like chipotle. Your food is being rushed down the line. I do not appreciate when I get a bowl for example and the line cook automatically signals his hands to rice and chicken. FYI, every black person don’t like white rice and chicken. It’s sort of offensive, especially when you noticed that they don’t do it to other ethnic groups. Secondly, they focus too much on speed and not enough on quality. I get it after 5 PM the crowd can get heavy however it is not OK to push and rush people and skip over ingredients and customers having to repeat themselves because they’re focused on getting the food off the line instead of paying attention I highly do not recommend visiting this location after 5 PM. The workers need to be trained a little bit more on customer service otherwise I could just go back to chipotle if...
