Quaker Steak & Lube — Restaurant in Colerain Township

Waitress brought us two generic walmart paper plates for our app to be shared w the table. Had to wait till she came around later, to ask for another plate (after 3/4 of the app was gone) Which okay, it happens. But we should have realized the rest of the meal was only going to go downhill from there. She was one of the worst waitresses we've ever had. From lack of refills, to bringing us cold food, to disappearing for 95% of our time there.

The food. The "4 Wheeler" app (used to be a decent size) was unbelievably small. Two pretzel sticks, 3 small cheese sticks, 3 fried pickle spears, and a small stack of onion rings. $17.xx All served on a small tray w as stated PAPER plates.

Ordered loaded fries. Showed up in a little paper boat, not even full, and the cheese on top was already solid they were so cold.

Ordered the grilled chicken salad. The salad mix they used was partially rotten. So the entire salad flavor was ruined. The waitress never check on us, or she would have known that before she came to offer boxes. Said "oh okay I'll have them take it off" and walked away. Umm good thing I didn't want more food?? Then again, everyone else was done eating by that point, and everyone had been waiting for her to finally show up. Guess I didn't want to eat dinner after all.

Got our check, only to find out you have to pay at the table. Which meant waiting around, under the speaker that was turned on and blasted (wasn't on until after we had our food or we would have moved), for her to come back around.

Used to love this place but honestly, w the small sizes, paper products like we aren't at a sit down dinner, lack of service, and increased prices, I'm not sure we will be back. Absolutely not worth the $95+ for two people to eat and a third to leave hungry. 6/9/24 4-6pm...

Friday March 30, 2018 this was my first time and It was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD. I ordered 12 Boneless Wings and my chicken was completely RAW. I informed the waitress who went to get the Manger the first one wasnt really concerned about the fact my chicken was not done. So..THE WAITRESS went to get a different Manger named Brandon McCollum and Boy ol Boy was he RUDE, he was very aggressive and yelling say they only serve fully cook chicken and my chicken was not RAW or Slimy..Usually a Manager is very concerned and try their best to accomdate you and either get you something else or remake oh no not Brandon he did not care what so ever if I could upload the picture I took if this Chicken I would in this Review but the review will not let me upload it...But back to the Manager Brandon- he was so out of line and yelling at me being aggressive and being completely not manger like. I my self called the police because I was obviously not getting any where with this manger.. And I had children with me and the POLICE had the manger take the Raw Chicken off my bill. I will NEVER EVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN IT was so much that happen that I am unable to write everything review...THIS MANGER was soooooo HORRIBLE and RUDE and very INSENSITIVE ..The fact I had to call the POLICE on a MANAGER because of his unruly Behavior is very disturbing. Not once did I yell at him I calmly told him I not paying that chicken and I am CALLING the POLICE. . . I wish I didnt have to give a star an order to write a review. what a FIRST...

The worst restaurant service ever and the food is very sub par . The atmosphere is nice and the building itself . The service is absolutely horrible ! , They gave us food and no forks or napkins . Waited 10 mins no server .

We actually had to get up and ask for forks and napkins! . The refill were non existent of course I wasn't gonna dare ask for a to go box . We figured since it been a year we would give the place another chance but no , stay absolutely away from this place unless you want a drink at the bar 🍺 .

The wait time for a drink and a server was 15 mins when we first sat down . They sat us in a odd spot so we asked to move ( ps nobody wants to sit in the middle of the restaurant ) .

Then the wait for food was about 20 mins . We were at this place for a good 2 hours where multiple times we wanted to just walk out . Then after eating the chewy wings with hardly any sauce ( btw had to ask for extra sauce ) bill was insanely inflated . This place is way to costy for the service and food you get .

I give this place 2/10 , and that 2 was for atmosphere . This place is a joke ( me being a manager of restaurant services and etc ) you can take it it to the bank this won't be a good experience . You'll have to be half drunk to enjoy this place . You want wings go to buffalo wild wings ( I don't say this lightly , they aren't the best but they are alot better than this joint )
