Coffee Beanery — Restaurant in College Park

Horrible! Do not waste your money nor your time. The services was terrible, cashier was rude and could not have cared less about providing quality service. I ordered coffee (gross) and the chicken waffle was laughable had I not paid around $7 for it. The guy that was suppose to be "Cooking" (I use this term lightly) my food, was out emptying trash in the table area for a good 10 minutes before going back to pop my food into the microwave. Not to mention touching everything around him with his gloves on then touching my food. The waffle was soggy and falling apart and the chicken looked like rubber. I threw it into the trash, i truly was afraid of food poison. Remember, if you step into this so cold coffee shop, you have been warned. I wish I could give less...

Treated like a thief because they do NOT pay attention to who is sitting in front of them! Went to counter around 11:30 when they were not that busy. Set my tablet case on the counter, but no one paid any attention so I stepped over to register and placed order. As I was setting back down the manager(?) started to pick up my tablet. I told her 3 times that it was mine without her acknowledging me. I told her to wake up! She kept it and made me describe what was in the case because someone said it belonged to a woman??!! 4 people working and maybe one person was in line. If you took care of your customers when they approached, maybe you would see what they lay on the counter right in front of you! Nobody likes to be embarrassed like you did to...

Terrible service and management. I asked for a cup of water. First of all, this is America...land of free cups of water at any reasonable establishment. It was 81 cents! And that’s not a problem. I’ll pay. But I travel frequently and use plastic for everything. They said they could not accept a card. I was burning up and asked if they could just help me out with one simple cup of water. The barista, Mr. Anderson stated no, because his manager wouldn’t let him and was rude about it. I would gladly have bought something else if it meant they would take my credit card.
