I usually eat at Shane's but with my latest experience I have no desire to waste my money @ Shane's or the I Hop in the Atlanta Airport. I had a problem with my order so I asked for a partial refund. They came and said they could refund my order because someone went home with the card. They went over to the I Hop and got a Supervisor name Carmeron. He came over he could refund my money. I told him the situation was unacceptable I've been waiting going on a hour it seemed to me. He looked at the receipt and said actually your recipient says you was rung up at 6:42 it's now 7:12 pm. No green beans overcooked corn scraping collards, mac n chz only had burnt edges on it.I asked along with the next 7 customers for fresh mac n chz and lady stated they would not make anymore for the night! After waiting for less than fresh food, I asked if I could try all the sauces and was told I had to pay for anything other than orignal!!
