Giving this location five stars for the exceptional service that I've received as a #FavorDelivery Runner all day from the drive-through and counter employees.
As for the manager who reprimanded me for attempting to use my Rewards app as a third-party delivery driver and not a regular customer, first a question:
Do you not consider people who order your food through 3rd party delivery services to likewise be your customers?
The reason I ask is because I like to rack up points through your reward system so that I can give some of my freebies to my #Favor customers. Personally, I see this as a way for all of us to help each other out. Perhaps you only see it as an inconvenience.
Either way, my family and I also spend a good amount at Chick-fil-A. We use the freebies from the rewards a lot, but we never just get the free stuff; it's always in addition to everything that we purchase. I see the freebies as good incentive for customers to buy more. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that the initial intent behind the corporate company's creation of the rewards app?
Regardless, I assume that since you do not want third-party contractors using the rewards, that you likewise would disallow us from using the mobile order feature, since the rewards are applied automatically as such.
I do not want to aggravate you sir, so I suppose I have no choice but to comply. I just can't help but wonder how much this will hinder any additional business that you could have gained from being more lenient about how the order / rewards app is used.
As for "calling the Favor Company again" to make sure that we contractors know about your particular franchise stipulations, I would like to assure you that there is already a note about your preferences on the runner app. Since Runners are contractors and not employees of the Favor company, Favor is only responsible for providing us with the information you provide them. As independent contractors, we have the freedom and the ability to do with that information as we choose, provided that we even choose to receive it in the first place. Please do not seek to punish an entire company based on the personal actions of one individual such as myself.
Finally, since I assume Chick-fil-A is still a Christian organization, I'd like to know if there's any way I can pray for you sir (my apologies for not remembering your name as displayed on your shirt). Since I do not foresee you contacting me to deliver any specific requests, I simply ask our Father in heaven, by the name of His Son Jesus Christ, that the work of your hands would be blessed, and that you would experience His abundant Joy as you carry out your duties for Chick-fil-A, remembering always to do all work as though working for the Lord and not merely for people (Colossians 3:23-24).
Thank you for your time and your...
Read moreDefinitely has the rudest staff from not only a Chick Fil A but from any fast food restaurant. Normally I just shrug off their rudeness and wouldn’t leave a review but today they went above and beyond to be terrible! I placed a mobile order for breakfast and of course their line was so long that by the time I got to the order placer it was 10:32.. 2 minutes after breakfast ends. She informed me that I would not be getting my order even though I had been sitting in line well before 10:30 and ordered it through the app way before then. Her name was Melissa and she had quite the attitude when I asked her to just transfer the amount of money from my reward to a lunch menu item.. she just stood there irritated and so I mentioned that I used to work at Chick Fil A and it’s not that hard I’ve had to do it plenty of times when I worked there. So she just said no she can’t do that because she didn’t know how, so I asked her to get a manager since they would know how to. You would’ve thought I had just told a 13 year old she couldn’t go out with her friends.. she huffed and rolled her eyes then dramatically took off to get a manager. Thought the manager would give a better experience but NO! Wes the manager either couldn’t comprehend what I was asking him to do or was too incompetent to know how to do it. He informed me that their policy is that they don’t allow that because they don’t trust their employees not to steal from them... WHAT!! If you don’t even trust your employees how do you expect all your customers to?? How do you even run a business??? I said well you’re a manager so shouldn’t you have access to do it? He said no.. so I guess even the managers aren’t trustworthy?? Haha what a funny experience.. major suggestion- have training for all of staff and managers on how to talk to customers and actually be a problem solver rather than a problem creator! I think the hysterical part is that they’ve done the money off a different item for me before in the past so not sure what “policy” Wes is talking about!! P.S. this location is EXTREMELY stingy on sauces if you ask for 2 they will be sure to only give you one.. if they could cut a sauce in half I bet they would just to be even...
Read moreNever a bad experience. In the many times I have patronized this particular Chick-fil-a franchise, I cannot recall even one bad experience. It is everything that you would expect from Chick-fil-a: polite, quick, clean, and delicious. We dined-in for lunch, at peak time, there today and received our food in less than five minutes. There was even an employee meandering about the restaurant asking folks if they needed sauces, refills, or trash taken out of their way. He came by our table at least three times, but it was not intrusive, rather it was much appreciated. The quality and frequency of table service that we receive consistently from this Chick-fil-a location exceeds that of many proper "sit down" restaurants (I was asked for a refill more times in the fifteen minutes we dined at Chick-fil-a today than I was in the entire HOUR of our most recent trip to Texas Roadhouse...). The only complaint I could reasonably form for this location is that the parking is not ideal. You may often have to park in the adjoining shopping center parking lot, however there are traffic cones during peak hours which prevent through-traffic from passing through the road between Chick-fil-a and the aforementioned parking area. So it's really not that big of a deal. I've never gone through the drive-thru at this location, but I would expect the quality and swiftness of service is up to the same standard of excellence as is that of the...
