Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in College Station

So me and my friends are having a movie night and my friend ordered from this location. She ordered a cookie brownie for our dessert and first off, she ordered around 7:43, it got here 40 minutes later. Secondly, around 9:04 we got to the cookie brownie and there was a BITE taken out of the one of the brownie cookies.

The first time she called them (Dominos) did not believe her and said "one of you or your friends must've taken a bite out of it". They said that the driver has been working there a while and he wouldn't do it. So many people handle the food and they automatically assumed the driver. That's weird to me. I think the representative thought we may have been prank calling because my friend was laughing at my rants about how unhygienic it was. However, they had the wrong response when a customer has a complaint so we were weirded out and called again.

During the second call my friend asked to speak to the gentleman she had the majority of the first phone call with. We're pretty sure the same female, Samantha (? Not 100% certain of her name), who had initially answered the first time picked up again and flat out told her "the driver didn't eat it" and when my friend explained she works at another Dominos and would not prank call, and all she wanted was an apology, they still responded rudely and did NOT apologize, which isn't too much to ask. My friend stated that fact and that she would not order there again the girl just hung up.

1. How rude is that?
2. That's deplorable customer service!
3. I swear if I had been the one to call I would have reacted MUCH more worse than this and written a worse review.

I loath the fact I even have to give them a star. I don't care how good the food is: if the customer service is that bad and that dismissive about a legitimate concern that is a HUGE violation of standards,...

Ordered 2 pizzas, bread, and wings for delivery. Said 65-75 minute wait for delivery. Saturday night, I understand. However 1 hour 10 minutes go by, it is now over an hour since they started a "quality check" according to the tracker. Now they finally update that it is out for delivery, but the ETA keeps going up everytime we check, started at 9:19pm, then 9:21, then 9:24, now 9:30. Mind you, our estimated delivery time from the beginning should have been 8:45!! If our food has been sitting in "quality check " since 8:05pm, I can only imagine how cold our food will be. I can only imagine, because we have yet to receive our delivery. Have tried calling to check, but only get put on hold for over 15 minutes. Worst service I've ever experienced. We live less than 5 minutes away, I wont even bother with carryout anymore. This is ridiculous. Less than 1 star if possible. Don't waste your time!

UPDATE 2025: SAME PROBLEMS. MANAGER JONATHAN FINNEY WAS CURRENTLY WORKING AND WAS OF NO ASSISTANCE AND ACTUALLYTRIED ARGUING WITHME CLAIMING HE HAD NO HELP. I usually have decent experiences here. Never had to complain and I’ve never written a review for any establishment. But this really took the cake. Got our pizzas. Large pizza with hand tossed crust was perfect. Opened my small gluten free crust with extra pepperoni, cheese and pineapple, to find no cheese, 10 pepperonis (I ordered extra pepperoni) and the pizza wasn’t even cut. Plus the sauce had spilled all over the pizza box and the pepperoni was all on one side of the pizza and the pineapple was clumped to one side as well. I had never seen such a horribly made pizza in my life and I worked as a shift manager at a pizza place for 4 years as a teenager. When we called to make it right they said we had to physically bring the old pizza back in to trade it for our “free” remake of the pizza. First of all, it isn’t a “free” pizza if I bought and payed for it. It’s a pizza that wasn’t made correctly and thus is just a remake.
