McDonald's — Restaurant in College Station

Credit card machine was down, so people were obviously frustrated. When we asked what was going on we were treated extremely rudely. The girl at the check out had a horrible attitude which made the situation escalate. She eventually got an even worse attitude and told us we could just go ahead and leave. The four of us all work in the food service industry so the way we were being treated already had us appalled, and then for her to tell us to leave like that? We were beside ourselves. Eventually someone who looked like they could be a manager came over and told her to walk away, as she did she says "f*ing white people". Then a male worker comes and starts to have an attitude with us and is basically telling us how we are the ones who are in the wrong, and arguing about how rude the first girl was. At this point we are extremely upset about how we are being treated. In the mean time, another worker has gotten on the phone to call the police and is giving them our descriptions as if we have committed a crime! By far the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life... We even got the racial comment on video and will be making...

The employees at this McDonald’s are super awesome! I find some of the negative reviews of this McDonald’s hard to believe because I’ve never had an issue with an employee here and don’t think I’ve ever had anyone give me any sort of attitude. I go to this location pretty much daily (have been since may 2021), and the employees are always very nice and have very sweet customer service voices.

The worst thing that’s ever happened to me at this McDonald’s is maybe a misplaced item or a mistaken drink or two. It’s definitely not something that happens very often though, and I’m not one to be upset over a tiny mistake like that anyways. Fast food employees are people too, mistakes can happen, it’s not a big deal.

This location is very busy because it’s on one of the more major roads, so the drive through can be slow sometimes. From my experience though, the workers are very efficient about handling the lines. Plus if you aren’t patient, you can always go inside.

I took my two daughters to eat at this location. We ordered shakes, ice cream, and a mocha latte at the kiosk. First thing wrong was that the kiosk didn't print a receipt. The second was that the attendant, a black female with blue hair, didn't give us any spoons or straws. There were neither of those in the lobby either so I tried to ask someone, anyone, for spoons and straws. I practically had to holler into the kitchen to get anyone to respond to me. When the attendant finally did come she asked 'What do you want', and when I told her there were no straws or spoons and that I needed them she rolled her eyes and went to get them. When she went back into the kitchen area my daughter asked why she was being like that to us. After we were seated at a table I could hear that attendant and a coworker having an inappropriate conversation within earshot of my children. My daughters asked if we could leave because of what they were hearing, but I told them that the employees would move around soon hopefully.
