Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in College Station

I usually go through the drive thru and always had friendly service. There's this young Mexican girl at the window who is super nice. But I decided to dine in today and I know its just fast food but I never felt so unwelcome. First they were being rude to an Asian customer in front of me they were out of hot sauce for the chicken sandwiches and she was asking if they could substitute a different sauce like they use for their wings but the lady at the front just kept rudely saying no we don't have the hot sauce and then brought a co-worker over and asked her explain to this lady that we don't have hot sauce. It's not like this other co-worker could speak another language so that's very rude to do to a customer who wasn't even insisting just trying to find out if there were other sauces. Then when I got to the front of the line the lady at the counter just leaves without saying anything and someone comes by to clock in still doesn't say anything. If you're going to leave a customer for a few minutes just say I'll be right with you or something. When I ordered I asked for a water cup and she said they don't have water cups but I've gotten one through the drive-thru before. I get my order and then there was no napkins in the drink area. So I go back to the counter and ask for napkins and she just rudely says we don't have any. I do a third party delivery service and tonight I had to pick up an order at the store at approximately 10:40 p.m. got up to the speaker and waited a few minutes for someone to say something and then I told them that I was picking up an order for the delivery service. They had me move forward and I was fourth in line in the Drive-Thru. I sat there for a good 15 minutes and when I finally got to the window I could hear the manager telling the girl at the window to tell me they were out of nuggets and chicken filet. My thought was why didn't they tell me when I was at the speaker instead of wasting my time sitting in the Drive-Thru, not to mention my gas. I questioned the girl about it and she walked away from the window and the manager showed up and told me that they were out of the buns for the sandwich because it was still frozen. It's amazing that the excuse for not being able to make the sandwich went from out of fillets to buns are frozen. My advice to anybody that's getting a third party delivery service, Don't order right before they are about to close because more than likely you won't get your food. I feel like they are wanting to get out of the store and go home instead of cooking the food for the customers so they make the drivers cancel the food. This is not the first time I dealt with this particular manager about these types of issues. If anybody asks me where a good place to go eat chicken I'm going to tell them about KFC. Worst experience Ever the staff is rude with the exception of one young lady named Angela. We placed an online order for pickup after being in the ER for 7 hours, when we got there there was a strong Oder of weed and I believe 2 of the young men and one girl was extremely high, there employees were extremely rude and refused to put ice in our drinks because we ordered online and not in the store. We got the food home and items were missing the chicken we did get was old, we got 1/3 container of Mac and cheese that looked like some else ate it before we got it and the so called popcorn shrimp consisted of 2 maybe 3 shrimp and the crunchiest left in the fryer . We called and spoke with Angela who apologized and said she would leave our names so our order could be replaced and to bring in our receipt. When we went in we were told by 2 manager Alice and Kayla, that they were there when we ordered and the food was made correctly and “that’s how the shrimp come” when I informed them that I spoke with Angela the taller manager told me “Angela ain’t nobody, she don’t run shit here” I showed them the receipt and photos. And I was informed that they weren’t replacing anything and not to eat there anymore if it was so bad, and I won’t, I have never dealt with anything like this at the other Popeyes in Bryan/College station, the other stores have excellent customer service the food is fresh.
