Walgreens — Local services in College Station

I go into this store every day before I take my husband to work. Every day like clock work. Mrs. Candy she's the sweetest lady in the store always polite always on top of things. I went in this morning 9/28/24 at 7:17 and the manager lady short Mexican. I didn't see anyone in the store. I asked her (since when miss candy don't work no one stocks the shelfs or so it seems) I asked her for help getting a big redbull because they are never on the shelf but I could see 3 big cases in the back. Tell me why my husband heard her from the back of the store get an attitude with me and tell me " NO I CANT HELP YOU IM THE ONLY ONE HERE" when I told her I would start taking my business elsewhere she got an attitude even more and started yelling at me infront of a nice lady trying to check out. I spend anywhere from $100/$200 a week at this store and It's not the first time this lady has had an attitude with me!!! The only reason I give 3 stars and not 1 is for Mrs. Candy I'd give that woman 100 stars if I could. When she walked into the store I told her when she got clocked in if she could help me and that's exactly what she did!!! There's always some drama going on in the store. You can walk through and hear the workers talking mess about someone or something. It's extremely unprofessional and I WILL NOT BE GOING TO WALGREENS UNLESS MRS. CANDY IS THERE!! I'm tired of going in spending my money to be treated like garbage infront of...

I would really give zero. I’m so sick of this store js shut it down. Go into this store. At the register a white boy before purchased something that required and Id. Cashier ask him for his ID. Cashier js glance into the man’s hand holding id. I purchase something that’s being required id ok fine. I was asked for my ID. And mines get scanned on the machine. But here I’m 41 and this college kid looks like a freshman. So I asked the cashier so how old was that guy. Cashier said he really didn’t know. So I ask so what was the purpose of you scanning mines and just glancing at his? Then I ask him do your just selling things to anyone of age. Manager which I know his big ass won’t. He needs to educate his workers on treating people equal before they find themselves with a lawsuit for discrimination. Because that’s exactly what that was. He doesn’t even know the guy age. Update: The test results were only one day later than expected, but the information we originally got was so not great.

This Walgreens offers free COVID19 testing, and all of their estimates indicate that results should only be about 2 days max. Their website links to 2 labs, one with less than 24 hrs average results, the other says "1-2 days" average. We went in on Sunday due to various CDC restrictions of when we could get tested. We fully expected results by Tuesday based on all reasonable info. BUT we just called the store and found out that all weekend tests (Sat thru Mon) are HELD UNTIL MONDAY EVENING before being sent to the lab... and they don't even know which lab or how long it takes to get there. It is likely that we will have to wait an additional days beyond what we expected! Deceiving information not properly clarified on the website or other...
