Normally I would not complain in any capacity as much as possible about a restaurant. I try to believe the best about others, especially when they are working. Unfortunately, this evening when I was in panda express with my young son enjoying a little date night together I did not have a fantastic experience. The food was awesome, and the service and the food was very quick so no complaints there. However, at one point during our dinner my young son spilled his small drink on the floor, and when I asked the person behind the counter for napkins and some help to clean up the mess I was quickly handed a huge pile of napkins without anyone asking if they could help me. The napkins I was given were not enough to cover the spill, so I returned to the front counter to ask for more napkins. The woman grabbed another stack slightly frustrated with me and handed them to me quickly again not even asking if I needed any support in cleaning the mess. She hardly even acknowledged that I was speaking to her, in fact she was trying to get the attention of the next person in line so that they could pay for money for their order. I felt invisible, obviously a little embarrassed about the ruckus my son had caused, and frustrated at the lack of support, or even care being expressed by the staff member behind the counter. It’s difficult to go out to dinner with your toddler, even more difficult when you’re pregnant, and even more difficult when you’re pregnant with a toddler and trying to clean up a spill as staff members watch you and don’t try to find anyone to come...
Read moreArrived and there was 4 people in front of me. One lady was working the whole line. From taking orders to working the cashier. While the manager and two workers were sitting at a table right next to the line doing nothing but talking about drama. The line was moving so slow. The one lady was going as fast as she could while the other 3 just sat there and kept talking about drama. To make things even worse a 6 more people came in. The line was full and at the door. The cook came out and told the 3 people he needs help cuz he has too cook while the other lady works the line. The 3 of them, remember one of those was the manager, continued to sit there gossiping about drama. The single lady continued to work the line. Another 4 people came in and stood in line. None of the 3 would get off there lazy a** and help move people through the line. The line was crippling slow. Hope the manager and the two hands gets fired. They have no business working in this industry.
A perfect job for them would be telemarketers. They can sit all day and pass little folded up notes to each other through the cracks of the small bland cubical where they work. As they sit doing nothing the world will keep on spinning and moving right along and forget about them.
The one lady working thr line trying to tackle it by herself should become the...
Read moreI typically don't have any issues with this location, they are usually poorly managed and seem to be all over the place when taking orders, both in person and online orders. However, the last time I went for a doordash, I waited in line like any other customer to go inside, got the order but was told that the cup for the drink was inside the already sealed bag. I informed the cashier of the issue and told her if she could use her already gloved hands to reach for the cup and fill it to be as clean as possible. She just slammed the bag in front of me and told me to do it myself. I was surprised at the way I was being treated, as well as her thought process, especially at times like these. I was force to do it myself, against my better judgement because I couldn't afford to be later than I already was having to wait that long for food that was already prepped. Delivery drivers should try and avoid this location if they want to avoid waiting to get their orders and...
