I had my very first Dutch Bros experiences week ago, and let me just say… it was unforgettable all thanks to Morgan S. From the second I pulled up, her energy was electric, welcoming, and genuine. She didn’t just take my order she made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend.

Not only was she incredibly kind and upbeat, but she also took the time to ask about my preferences and personally recommended a drink (which turned out to be insanely good). That drink might’ve been the highlight of my day, but honestly? Morgan’s customer service made the whole experience 10x better. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shines through in every interaction.

The girls there are nice but so consumed by the music they’re listening to, they sing the lyrics perfect but can’t get an order of 2 cups of coffee right. The girl that took the order kept singing and repeating the order wrong back to us then supposedly got it right and still gave us the wrong size of coffee then gave us the right size (and apologized for the mix up) we drove away just to taste the coffee and it had no cream (all I wanted was coffee with cream and stevia. Nothing fancy, pretty simple) it served as a good lesson for our teenage daughter on how you can’t do two things at once and how no matter how nice you are you come across as rude and inefficient when you’re trying to have fun and listen to music and at the same time do your job. This was my second time coming to this Dutch Bros location (or any Dutch Bros), and the service was phenomenal. Every employee that I have interacted with here has been incredibly patient, attentive, and kind. Even when the line builds up to ~20ish cars, I have found that it moves rapidly, and the employees who take your order treat you as if you’re the only car in line. I ordered the Double Torture and the 9-1-1, and both drinks exceeded my expectations in taste and quality. Both drinks were priced comparably to drinks from Starbucks (not cheap), however, after trying both of the drinks, I would say that they were actually worth the price I paid, which has never been my experience at Starbucks.
