We went at noon on a Saturday. It was busy but not too crowded in the sitting area. The buffet area was kind of chaotic but not horrible. Our table that we were seated at was not clean. I used napkins to wipe it off, and the server took them for me. The bathroom was not clean. There was toilet paper on the floor, on the seats, just randomly everywhere. The floors were really bad. There was some sort of water/sewer/drainage problem going on. We figured out that the plates are under the bars on the sides- we had no idea where to get them at 1st. The food was ok, at best. Anything fried was greasy - like, didn't have time to drain properly. There were a ton of seafood options, which I thought was cool. I don't eat seafood, but it's nice to see it offered. However, the pepper chicken would've been my favorite item except that it tasted like fish. That was disappointing. I tried a little bit of lots of stuff. All of it was just ok, honestly. The salad bar/desert area was pretty decent, though. I felt like there were a lot of options there, and it was all nicely displayed and upkept. My husband got some hibachi made and said that it was ok as well. The best thing I tried was the egg tart. It wasn't what I was expecting, but it was actually delicious. I'm hoping that the quality of the cooking will improve over time, seeing as how the place just opened. I know businesses can be completely overwhelmed when they are just opening, and everyone has so much to do all of the time at 1st. It was $44 &some change for 2 adult lunch buffets, a water, and a Dr. Pepper, which I think is fairly priced for what is offered. Overall, I would visit again in the future just for convenience and variety, and I'll keep my fingers crossed on the quality.

Came here for the first time with my family. We came during lunch on a Thursday. I was looking forward to eating crab legs, but I didn’t know they only serve it on Saturdays per one of the waitresses. Anyways, we got the lunch buffet and for 3 people, it was less than $40. Even if the food isn’t high quality food, that’s a very good deal to smash as much as you’d like lol. They had a variety of selections from sushi, fried foods, soups, Chinese food, salad and dessert bar, boils, etc. They even had a worker stir-frying raw meats and veggies by request. Staff are friendly and fast. They sat us down fast, removed our empty plates, and refilled our water cups. Lots of tables to dine on and lots of parking as well. Overall, pretty clean restaurant. I was worried because I read some awful reviews about flies, etc.

We had dinner here with two people, and although it wasn’t too crowded, the staff was quite friendly. There are a lot of food options to choose from, which is nice, but unfortunately, I didn’t see the crab legs that were in some other customers’ photos. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary, but the portions were generous and filling. There’s also a 10% discount for students, and for less than $40 for two people, I think it’s a pretty good deal for the variety of food available.

First of all I will never visit this restaurant again. I have visited this restaurant twice in total and the first visit was very good but the second visit was truly the worst because of the behavior of one server and the attitude of the other server. On the first visit, the high quality of the food and the pleasant environment of the restaurant convinced me to return for a second visit. We had the same server for both the first and second visit and we thought we had no problems with him on the first visit, but we realized on the second visit that it was just an illusion. On the first visit, when we had to pay, there was a machine error and the card was not working properly, so we gave my friend's another card back to him to see if that works. The server immediately brought us a new receipt without any explanation or word and left, so we had to check each other's card usage history and the names on the receipt because we couldn't figure out which card had been charged and we had to make sure with that so I can send the money to my friend if her card had been charged. But we were able to confirm that the card we gave the first time had been charged and we left the store without any complaints or problems. However, on the second visit, we found out from manager that the server seemed to be offended that we kept checking the receipt, which made us looks like we suspected that the server had done something with our cards. First, if he did not want us to continuously check the receipt, he should’ve at least told us which card had been charged, and second, if we really thought and suspected that our server did something with our card, why would we come back to revisit the restaurant? Anyway, we returned a second time with good feelings and memories, but after one water refill, the server completely ignored us and didn't serve us at all. At first, we waited, thinking that he was busy, but after a few minutes of waiting and realizing he is still ignoring us, we asked him again to refill our water, and his response was "I remember you guys. I don't want to refill. I don't like you guys." We asked him what we did wrong, but he ignored us and left. We immediately asked another server for help, but he also ignored us, saying "I don't speak English." And then we found out he was helping other customers without any problem. Their behavior toward us was like a high school bullys and we were seriously offended. We asked the manager for help and explained the situation, and the manager spoke to the server in charge and told us why, but the server defended himself by lying and saying that he apologized to us for the card machine not working and that we were being rude even though he explained the whole situation, which is totally not true so that made us even more mad. Also he did not apologized to us until we left the restaurant. I really appreciated the manager's response and apology (she also offered the $5 voucher), and I understand that we are all human and not perfect and that misunderstandings can happen and mistakes can be made, but that doesn't mean that everyone should be this rude and disrespectful without giving the other person a chance to explain. Also, acting like a bully to a customer is not the way a grown man should behave. I really wanted to come back to this place, but now I don't want...

I've got a few things to say about this restaurant. First off, we were escorted to a seat and seated without say in where we wanted to sit. I'd understand if it were peak hours, but seating was abundant and customer flow was very slow. Secondly, before even allowing us to sit down, our server was asking us what we wanted to drink. It came off as rushed and I disliked it. When I brought my child here, I asked to be given a high chair for my kid. The server then grabbed a high chair that was being used by another family as my family walked in. I watched the family depart from the restaurant as the server grabbed their high chair and brought it to my table without sanitizing it. I asked for a replacement when I feel I shouldn't have to have asked in the first place. Lastly, the quality food did not justify the price. $20 was very expensive for the quality of food provided; $15 feels more appropriate to what I experienced while dining here.

Some good things about this place was how organized and clean the general area was.

I won't be coming here again until there is a...
