Iām a doordash driver, so while I cannot speak to the food (as I havenāt really eaten here), I have to speak on my experience with the staff here tonight. This weekend is Chili Fest, which has been an absolute nightmare for pretty much any food industry employee in the area. I delivered three different orders for this Caneās tonight, and was beyond impressed with the team. When I came in, there were literally dozens of customers in the store, with almost all of them being college-aged kids who were literally screaming, rearranging the chairs, running back and forth, blocking the line, not listening for their order, and otherwise being generally terrible. Despite all of this, the staff were kind, communicative, and thorough. Not to mention the absolute volume of orders they were cranking out. From the people at the registers, to the people making food, to everyone working the drive through, this team works as a well-oiled machine. This was the kind of night that wouldāve sent other establishments crumbling (as a former northgate bar back, Iāve seen it happen). Additionally, as someone who is hearing impaired and was seriously struggling in the beyond-loud environment, every single staff member came together to make sure I had the ability to do my job. I was so nervous when I walked in because I wasnāt sure how Iād possibly be able to place the orders and hear them called out, but the employees showed up every step of the way without so much as batting an eye. I was seriously teary-eyed by the time I got to my car because it couldāve gone so badly for me but didnāt. This team is comprised of kind, compassionate, dedicated employees who were willing to help a stranger without a second thought. Theyāre good at their jobs, but theyāre also just good people. I wanted to leave a review in hopes that maybe a manager and/or the team would see what a big difference they made for someone tonight. Thank yāall for being wonderful...

When you get curbside you are left with the impression that you skip the line and are prioritized over drive through. As soon as I parked i noticed the long line and thought nothing. After 30 minutes i got my food.
That is not the issue. The issue is that after 10 minutes the rush hour was complete and the drive through was aboit as empty as you can get. So what were the extra 20 minutes for when they were made aware of my order through the app?
That's why I'll give it 3 stars. Expectations were not met and although the food was great, it took way too long to receive through the app. If you decide to use the app, don't or choose the drive through pick-up option or even go through the drive through during rush hour. You'll get your...

I was sitting down enjoying my food when the ātraining manager that is moving soonā hollered over the store (a good 15-20 feet) āthereās mobile orders out there you need to go take them out nowā when the employee who was so kind to me explained to her that no one was in the vehicle she looked at him and said āwell when i was over there i know one was sitting out thereā. If she saw it, why didnāt she do it herself and set an example of a manager ? she has short dark brunette hair and has not smiled at one customer since iāve been here. i highly recommend this store but this manager needs to be removed asap, moving soon or not, her energy does not need to be...
