Subway — Restaurant in College Station

Upon enetering I was greeted however, my overall service I received from the employee with dreadlocks could have been much better. He was somewhat rude with his comments when I asked for half provolone and half pepper jack cheese. Additionally, he was quite stingy with the steak; the menu clearly states that we get double the steak, and if I hadn't asked for extra, I would have ended up with a sandwich that was mostly bread and vegetables. When he rang up my order, he didn't inform me of the total cost; he simply asked if I would be paying with cash or card. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, as my sandwich wasn’t great either or my service.

Alot of restaurant locations including this one can benefit from having better customer service!!...

I have always laughed at the "sandwich artist" title, but my experience today legitimized it. Charlie Charlie (his name tag said it twice) was moving from task to task with the speed of a whirling dervish, but gave no evidence of being frantic or distressed. With a swift and purposeful grace that fulfilled the image of an artisan plying his craft, Charlie blitzed through order after order. Though he was the only employee present, he seemed to have the power of an entire team. I was so thoroughly impressed that I failed to even notice, let alone bless, a forceful sneeze from my wife (which is highly irregular for me). This man deserves a reward, in my opinion, for his mastery of the craft. He embodies what Subway touts...

I am a loyal Cust to this location... But tonight was the worse experience that I have ever encountered. Steven and Krissy was on shift tonight 10/07/16. And they both were rude..my complaint is waaay too long to try to even comment on. I would Like to meet the person who hired these two...clearly no one focuses on Cust serv on the evening shift. I was highly disappointed.. And i was even told that I was too picky for wanting my pizza made a certain way...well...duuuuuh...that's what you're hired for....TO MAKE IT MY WAY!!!!!! Had I not missed lunch I would've walked straight out that bad boy and went next door to fuzzys... But I was waaay too tired and too weak..and too hungry to go else where..smh.....talk about one...
