It's August 24th at 2:40 p.m I just dealt with one of the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with in the Food. Read moreMy friend and I did the 0.50 cent burger deal using the app. They claimed she already used her code despite downloading the app 5 mins ago. I used my code as well, since we were doing separate orders, but when we got to the window, everything was chaos. Despite putting in two separate orders, we only got our one order. I asked for my order, but it apparently didn’t exist. We held up the line for a while, which pissed me off since I didn’t want to be a burden. I asked if I could pull up in a spot or even go inside to resolve it, but I was told not to and that it was okay. So my friend couldn’t even get her burger because she “already redeemed the code,” and I ended up paying full price for my meal despite giving them the code. We can’t go back to get our 0.50 burgers because our code has already been redeemed, so there’s nothing we can do now. Overall, it’s fine, because there’s nothing they can do now and this McDonald’s is overall a very good one, but I guess their events can be a little chaotic. The guy that helped me at the window was super nice though! There are a few employees there that I recognize that are super nice, but if you don’t want chaos, don’t go to this McDonald’s when they have any deals. Read moreThe inside is nicely updated, clean and modern looking. I loved the fact I could order at a kiosk and then go to a table and the staff was supposed to bring me my food. I've done this before at other, more busy locations(NYC) and it's nice. However this new process is flawed at this restaurant. The restaurant was not busy at all (it was about 3:54pm when I placed my order) I selected eat in and entered my table tent number and selected a seat. Instead of looking for the tent sign and bringing me my food, they handed it off to a completely random person who walked out with my food. They never checked their receipt or you know, the fact they were supposed to have a tent card. I waited 20 minutes for my food and had to ask someone walking by. There was quite some confusion but eventually I did get my food which had to be remade. I received a voucher for a free meal next time, but honestly, how does this happen? Lazyness and quite frankly unprofessional attitudes. Then as I was leaving, the workers were making animal noises as I left. Not sure I will set foot back in this location again.
