Pizza was alright, nothing special but not bad ether. Did have a decent amount of toppings. My biggest issue was delivery. I put on my order to please not knock on the door and to text when they arrive. I had to order late night and my roommate was asleep. When driver got here, not only did they knock.. they banged hard on my door in a really obnoxious way. Even if that note wasn’t on my order you should never knock that loud, that late at night in an apartment complex. Could have woken up neighbors. I open the door and try my best to be nice telling them I asked for no knocking. Instead of apologizing they rudely say it’s not on my order. I politely say I know I put it in there. Again instead of being understanding the driver starts to pick up my receipt like he was about to wave it around, as to say “SEE NOTE ISNT ON HERE”. I interrupted that and said fine move on if it wasn’t on the ticket, but again no reason to bang that loud on the door. The driver then gives me order. I say thank you and tried to say if there was some mix up it’s ok. He doesn’t give me a chance just rudely walks off. I did not catch his name. I understand it wasn’t the driver’s fault if that note was not given to him but he could have handled the situation way better than being rude. Read morePlaced a scheduled ordered over 4 hours beforehand. So at 3:17 I placed an order for 7:30. At 7:43, the order tracker still says “order received”. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times to make sure it wasn’t forgotten but it’s either automatically hung up after ringing a couple of times or I get a call center, get transferred and it’s never ending ringing. So I’ve hung up and called another 5 times. Got someone finally from this location and says he doesn’t have my order and doesn’t see it anywhere. Well after my insistence that I have an email with a confirmation, he actually finally finds my order but now I’m actually upset. Now it’ll be extremely late because they have “an abundance of orders ahead of mine”. This is the whole reason why I’ve always ordered ahead of time. Never dealt with a Pizza Hut that couldn’t even admit the mistake and try to make it right but instead made it worse.
I’ve checked the order tracker again after the employee saying he was going to update and get my order working… Well still says it’s received and my new order estimate is 8:25 and I don’t see how it’s gonna go be delivered anytime soon. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ll update when...

This has happened to us multiple times at this location so we finally decided to call. I spoke with Mark, the manager here, to report the cross contamination. He explained to me that cross-contamination is to be expected at this location (these are his exact words, shocking). So, like any reasonable person I said I didn’t want them to remake my pizza since we can’t eat bacon for religious reasons and didn’t want to risk contamination again, but he refused to refund us.
