Bella's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Collierville

Mixed feelings. Ordered the large Greek salad for me and a fetucini Alfredo for my son. For the fetucini- while they’re very very generous with their chicken, they’re super stingy with the sauce. Sauce? What sauce? It was super dry. The spaghetti was HARD and very undercooked (does anyone check if it’s cooked before packing it off for delivery !??) I must add - the chicken was absolutely delicious. ABSOLUTELY delicious. And the little bit of sauce was to die for. I can tell it’s made of high quality ingredients as well (I appreciate quality and honest hard working businesses which is why I put the 4 stars). I just really really wish they’d just cook the pasta and add some more sauce . It would hobet be the best ever. Needless to say I couldn’t let my 5 years old eat the undercooked pasta and had to force my queasy nauseated pregnant super sick self to make him something else at home. For the salad- there was ONE tomatoe in that entire large salad. And two very very thin cucumber slices. So stingy ? Not really - they were super generous and LOADED tge salad with the kalamata olives and feta and I MUST add - their salad dressings and the lettuce was scrumptious and to die for. Again, I can taste the hard work and good quality ingredients . I just wish they would add more tomatoes and cucumbers like...

They are getting one star just because the pizzas and other items are usually on point. Just left the restaurant from a pickup order. No one acknowledged me when I walked in though it wasn’t busy at all. One of the staff finally asked me what I was there for… told him my name and he walked off to chat with other customers. Then, an older lady came out front after a few more minutes and asked me what I needed. Explained again I was there for a pickup order and that I told the gentleman about it. She confirmed my order and name… waited there for a few more minutes. Then she came out with the order, tossed it on a table four feet away from me and said, “There you go!” before walking away without so much of a “thank you” or “go away.” I said, “thank you,” and I was ignored. The was a 20 dollar meal. It including tip delivery fee and local tax that brought it $40 at this establishment I heard from a local to order it from here. I was excited to try this place! I feel weary when the just throw a salad in container and put it upside down with the tomato onion on the bottom than throw some chicken and cheese on top. needless to say I did not eat the salad because if you can’t properly take the time to make it right how long has the roasted chicken been laying out I had to fly out the next day and did not want to be sick for my flight.
