Went to Sonic on US 72 in Collierville last night after ordering on the Sonic app 2 hotdogs and a medium order of mozzarella sticks. Got the order. When I got home I was missing the mozzarella sticks. Called the restaurant and thy said yes they had made a mistake. The order was in two bags they gave me one. I asked if they would credit back the payment to the payment method I used. They said they would like to but couldn’t. I would need to call corporate to get the refund. I called corporate. When the phone was answered there were several options. The first being if you want a refund press 1. I pressed one. After listening to my experience, the person I was talking to said they do not do refunds. She offered to credit my account with one small mozzarella sticks order. Read moreThe last three times I have been to this Sonic location there has been something wrong with my food. Today, I decided to stop in for a drink and cheddar peppers thinking surely this shouldn't be hard...wrong! I place my order, get my items and drive away, and then realize my drink is flat and the cheddar peppers tasted old and weren't even heated all the way through. As for the flat drink, you can't tell me that an employee that works there cannot tell when a fountain drink is flat. If it doesn't foam or fizz as you're filling the cup, then it's flat and should have been your first clue...seriously people! Third time is enough...
Read moreI ordered a chicken sandwich with no Mayo. I said no Mayo twice while ordering and confirmed with Marisol no Mayo. Of course, I get a sandwich with Mayo. I have no complaint with Marisol. She was very friendly. Why is there no quality check? Why do they show order is on the way and it can take 10 more minutes?
