Before reading the rest of this people, this was my recent experience and other experiences here were much more pleasant. I had the worst service I've ever experienced at any Applebee's last night at this location. I don't know if this server was having a really off day but they were just not on top of anything at all. They barely checked up on us and as a normally very patient person, especially with those who have jobs where they have to deal with people, I found myself to be shocked at the amount of time this server was taking to get us anything. Mostly the servers I've had have been really quick about getting us drinks and anything else, especially the check and honestly I just found myself disappointed with the server even more so than the food, which was hard for me to believe. Speaking of the food, the teas my friend and I ordered might as well have just been standard iced teas with a light dash of flavor because there was very little passion in my passion fruit tea and very little mango in mine's. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was meh, not the best I've had especially with the disc of fried cheese on the top of it. Just didn't look neat. Then we get to our entrées, my friend's steak had too much pepper in their steak but my entrée was the only thing this Applebee's got right in this experience. I ordered from the All You Can Eat menu and got the Sweet Asian Chile boneless wings which were perfectly sauced and I can't complain about those. What I can complain about is that I only got one order of that because our server was NOWHERE to be found after the first time they checked up on us. Read moreI came to this location the other night took forever to be greeted at the door and it was not even super busy but whatever my issue isn’t even with that after I was seated about 8 mins later I’m greeted by the server who gave off rude before even speaking she never stated her name face had no expression had to literally ask her name (even complimented it ) and was given a fake thanks she came off like she didn’t want to wait my table or be at work in general keep in mind I was with two KIDS even the older one noticed her rude standoffish attitude!! When I was asked the drinks for the kids I told her lemonade then switched to pink lemonade she never once said it would be a upcharge for a pink lemonade on two KIDS MEAL that they didn’t even get a refill on nor was asked neither was I, when I asked about it after seeing the bill she nonchalantly tells me “oh I didn’t know they did that” like she could really care less! overall the food was ok. but I will not visit this location anymore just from that one rotten apple if u are having a bad day then go home!!! never let that energy pour off onto customers I left highly upset NEVER again and this was my FIRST time at this location even as we left my oldest had to say have a good night because she literally said nothing as we left all locations tell ppl have a good night as they are leaving like HUH?? Read moreMy bf and I had not one-- but TWO-- horrible experiences with this Applebees Carside To Go location. The first poor experience (about 3 weeks ago), I arrived at the time given on the app and had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order, all while watching 3 others pull up after me and recieve their order before me. As if that wasn't enough, I got home only to discover that HALF of my order was missing. (I know I probably should've checked while at the store, but I was already so tired of waiting, I just wanted to get home.) The second time was last night. Everything seemed fine at first, until I went to eat my wings. We had ordered two set of wings: one bbq and one buffalo. Upon first bite, I discovered we had received two orders of buffalo wings. This seems small, but at $11 per order, its frustrating to not get what you asked for. All in all, this location needs to learn how this process should function. When someone is willing to order online, pay ahead and TIP ahead, they should double.. triple.. quadruple.. check that order before sending it out. So, to anyone reading this who is considering this location for the carside service, I highly suggest changing your mind-- unless you like a side of disappointment with your dinner.
