Let me preface this by saying I am a fat lazy person myself so I eat out a lot and I understand being lazy but never have I seen such rude unprofessional incompetence in my life. I pull up and quote here's the way the order went. BK Gimme just a minute ok Me: can I have a bacon cheese whopper meal Bk: ok pull around Me: um can I me:oh can I get you anything else? Me: can I have a chicken nugget kids meal me: oh what did you want to drink a Dr pepper ok pull around. There was no hello there was no asking what dipping sauce my daughter wanted for her nuggets or what she wanted to there wasn't pwaiting for me to finish an order. No asking what size meal i wang. But I say thank you and pull around. Then I was told $19 so I hand over my card I get back (no receipt mind you) so I say thank you again because unlike these people I wasn't raised in a barn. I got my food and then realized I didn't get my drink so I'm sitting there trying to get their attention while they stand around chatting. So I end up having to shout my drink my drink can I have my drink. ONLY then do i see them pouring it through the window which implied to me it wasn't a matter of they had it ready and just forgot to hand it out oh no they knew what I needed and didn't care. The toothless recovering addict of a manager even said as much when she opened the window because I said you guys are the rudest and she cut me off literally saying we don't care. And I'm pretty sure the same skills she used to fund her addiction back in the day are the same skills she used to even get the job as manager if you catch my drift because she didn't get that job by being competent or, hard worker, or having amazing customer service skills. More like she "serviced" the higher ups. In fact she spent more time trying to get my license plate number than taking my order for causing a scene which thr only reason i was yelling was to trying to get someone'sattention while you're just all at the window staring at me. Yeah I get it there's drive times and stuff. But this was like nothing I've ever experienced. Then I get home and even though I ordered a bacon cheese whopper and the order screen confirmed thats what I ordered I got neither bacon cheese or any drinks. So I'm being charged for things I'm not receiving. And I can't do anything about it because they don't give me a receipt and them trying to call the cops on me but dont worry I have the...
Read moreIf you want hot fires, order them without salt so they have to be made fresh for you, and then put on your own salt. Been there a few times, and every time ended up with cold fries. They do this thing where they put your fries in your bag and then wait for the sandwiches to become available. Bag is not under a heat light or anything. Very cold before the burgers hit the bag. When I asked the girl to change out the fries because they had been in the bag on the counter for too long, she said that she had only put them in right before the sandwiches. Which was clearly not true because I stood there and watched her do it - the time gap was a little over 3 n=minutes - yes, I am the kind of OCD weirdo that times such things). She did not change out the fries - and did not offer to. I ended up taking the order because I didn't have the time or the will to cause a scene. I don't think she was willfully lying, you understand. It's just that when you are busy and running around doing a million things, you have no sense of time. I also understand the urge to get ahead of the rush by doing everything you can as soon as you can. It is possible the manager jumps all over employees that appear to be wasting time by waiting to load a bag until every thing for it is ready. Not sure what the problem is, but I think they would be well advised to stop this practice, or have a strong heat light under which to put partial orders already in the bag. I rarely eat fast food, but I was in such a hurry both times that I ate at this BK. So I will, in the future, if I am ever desperate enough to eat there again, use the trick of ordering unsalted fires. The young man that took my order was very pleasant. The girl that was not interested in my request for fries was, while totally unhelpful and clueless, very nice about it, which I guess counts for something. It is a very clean store, which counts for...
Read moreBurger King is usually good and the flavor was good bur the sandwiches were not put together with any real care and it showed. Plus they cook the meat way ahead and reheat and it just isn't as fresh as it could be. Microwaved meat leaves the flavor in the microwave and when you can't keep it together while eating it just isn't that good. With the prices now, we could have gone to a sit do3n restaurant and spent less that it was sloppy and made without any real care, just slapped together and no effort to presentation made it feel like we paid a premium price for less than average food and we were just another nameless faceless ticket to clear as opposed to a guest that had many options but chose to spend money in that place, they seem to have the idea they did me a favor by even throwing together the order with no effort to make itvlook or taste as good as they could, It was edible and more or less correct, it just wasn't made with care or to please the customer that's keeping you in business itcwas like the staff felt we should be willing to accept whatever they felt like making it would have been no big deal if we hadn't come in at all. We did not feel appreciated and it was very obvious the staff didn't even think about making us or any of the customers happy, I am frustrated more and more by this kind of lack of concern or appreciation for the customer. Without customers therexare no paychecks and in a city full of fast food as 2ell as many restaurants, great service would make me happier paying high price. I can spend as much anywhere maybe even less in other less corporate type places the service and customer can make a lot of difference. I will think twice before i choose...
