They were repaving their lot or the owners of the land or having it repaved... Either way they seemed annoyed that I wanted to order at the window since I couldn't hear over the paving equipment!! And then I asked for my cheesecake things the Oreo pie whatever it's called to be out of the freezer instead of out of the fridgerator and that seemed to be a big hassle and all I bought was a great big onion ring a tiny onion ring and to Frozen pies and it took about 3 or 4 times trying to get my order repeated back correctly to me!
It is definitely not a hard order and I work at Burger King when I was growing up it was one of my first two jobs at the same time when I was 16 so I know she had to walk back to the freezer or ask somebody else to but the people that make the specialty sandwiches work very closely to the freezer because they need fries and things and only a few bags out of the deep freeze are kept in the small freezer. Regardless the store is not very long I went from the menu board past the first window to the second window and I know that the freezer is between there because it has to be it's a back of the store to the lobby! And it just shouldn't have been so difficult or I need of a attitude adjustment to the employees. At least when I work there it was always cook time on onion rings because they don't hold well like they hold everything else and they don't take long to cook but there's no way my fries were fresh because they were mushy and not even hot! The other thing about not ordering at the menu board I don't know if they call the large a regular now or if that's a medium or if they have a size small and the size value so if I say your great big onion ring the biggest that you have and the smallest tiny onion ring- we shouldn't need a discussion regarding size names because I don't care if the smallest one is called a value onion ring if I go back I would be near the menu board and able to...
Read moreGreat Whoppers, DANGEROUS environment...DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. I love getting a whopper from this burger king every few months, I usually go through the drive-through, however. This time I had to use the restroom so I went inside, on the way in, I noticed a few folks that appeared to be homeless hanging out in the parking lot. I got inside. One of the employees got to the male bathroom before me so I went and ordered my food. I then asked for the code to the bathroom because these bathrooms have codes :( . The employee wouldn't give me the code, the other employee who had rushed into the bathroom had left. The gentleman at the counter said "I'll let you in there when it's empty. I replied that it was empty. The gentleman at the counter then went to the male bathroom to knock. He knocked. He asked "Is anyone in there? Ma'am? Ma'am?" He then entered the code, opened the door and exclaimed "It smells like fentanyl in here!". It's very easy to overdose on fentanyl from what I've heard, especially if it's in the air! I don't know what it actually smells like so I can't confirm, but I would not recommend this location to anyone, especially anyone with children. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. Do not eat the food. I am really sorry for leaving a bad review but this is unacceptable. The shops in Colorado Springs need to stop tolerating dangerous people and their dangerous activities. I love your whoppers BK but I won't be visiting again until you get your affairs in order. No more letting drug addicts into your bathroom, no more letting homeless people loiter on your property. Also, you need to improve moral and grooming standards at your location. Let's get it together guys. This is...
Read moreHEALTH DEPARTMENT Please investigate. I have had substandard service at this location several times including having to deal with the manager being beyond rude to customers, but this time was way too much. I had to finally write a reveiw. I went there on Dec 12th 2021 at about 9:30 pm. 1st issue , the guy on the speaker was clearly under some influence, sounded high , laughing and giggling and could not get the order straight so a lady came on the speaker to take over. She sounded high too, but she got it together to take the order. We got to the window and the guy never looked at us through the window to take our card or give us our orders ,but we did not need to look in his eyes to know how high he was. His behavior and inability to talk clearly said it all. The only thing we saw was his dirty t-shirt with a bunch of stars on it... not a been working all day type dirty. It was a havent been washed in a good while type of dirty and "Not a burger king shirt or branding at all" . We get our order and go home and the whopper is ice cold and has no moyo. Aren't they supposed to throw old cold food out???đ¤˘đ¤Ž Of course I called and there was no answer. I agree with the preivious reviewer complaint @Herrera that said Where the cheese tho? We must have been there the same day with the same tshirt guy but I say... Where the mayo tho?? đ¤Where the...
