Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

If I could give 0 I would. I picked up a cake for my son's birthday and it looked great. The ice cream was ok, but the cake itself was terrible! It tasted of terrible freezer burn like it had been sitting in their display case for 4 months. After we all took a couple bites our guest didn't care for it and threw it away. My son and I decided to save ours and try and eat it later. My mother and daughter found it to be a lost cause threw theirs away not even wanting to attempt it again later. I called the next day and they said to call back the next day. I called back and they said to bring back at least 2/3rds of the cake to get my money back. I brought it in and they they would only give 20 of the 31 I spent on it. The owner/general manager refused to even speak with me. The cake was so awful I would never buy another from them again. They continued to try and give me another cake, I just wanted my money back for a cake that was definitely not enjoyed and spoiled the the end of our small birthday celebration. What would have been so difficult about giving me the entire amount back? Yes, it was just $11 but for a single mom on a budget trying to replace an awful cake for my son it can make a lot of a difference! So disappointed in the customer service at this chain ice cream shop! I will be taking all my business to a locally owned ice cream shop...

We normally have very friendly, professional service here but not tonight. My husband and I took our boys to get ice cream and there were three teenage girls running the store. Two of the girls were extremely rude while serving customers….laughing at everything we ordered, they would walk away and whisper to each other while customers were standing right there, just very immature, childish behavior. I realize they are teenagers but they are working for a business.

The ice cream was great but their behavior was very off putting…it was as if they were mocking the customers.

Just not impressed. A trip to the ice cream shop should...

Had an excellent experience at this location. Chance, the person my girlfriend and I spoke to when ordering, was extremely friendly and helpful. The store was also very clean, especially the freezer displays and tables; there's a lot of restaurants out there that you can tell things don't cleaned as often as they should, but it was obvious this location got proper attention to keeping a sanitary environment for everyone.

Of course, the ice cream was delicious, as you'd expect. I got a great recommendation for a coffee ice cream, which was really tasty. Would definitely return for more...
