I found the food delicious, particularly the beef steak, which had a fantastic flavor. I tried the spicy red chili sauce but didn’t enjoy it; instead, I paired my tacos with my own handmade chili rojo sauce made from roasted tomatillos. I suspect the food truck's red chili sauce didn’t contain tomatillos, as I didn’t see any seeds.
