Dickey's Barbecue Pit — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Ridiculous! We pulled up at 740pm and they were mopping the floor, have the ice cream machine turned off, the soda machine turned off, and when I asked about it, they said "IDK". 🙄 If I wasn't hungry I would sit here and milk the teeny tiny portion of the pork out platter until 9pm, but apparently I have to go somewhere else to eat because my boyfriend and I always share this meal and there was barely enough meat on here for one person. The cashier, and I assume the manager, were too busy entertaining their friends, making something fried for them, whispering to them, laughing and joking with them. But hey, they had plenty of time to since they essentially closed the restaurant over an hour before closing time. I feel bad for the multitude of customers that came in while we were eating because we weren't the only ones who had to go without. One of their friends talked about how they only had two hours left. 🤔 I have to assume that means they were going to sit around and steal time because the restaurant was closed. Ice cream machine was down, floor was mopped, most of the tables closed off, soda machine wasn't working, no ice... What exactly was going to take them two more hours?? Dishes? When you go to a resturant and they treat you bad one time you dont go back but me like a crazy cat went BACK because I like the food and its super close. I called in for 2 baked potatoes for lunch (because I work late) and it was no where near closing time 530 to be exact and she said order will be ready by the time I got there in 15 mins. I get there and stand in line and my husband says well lets see do we have to stay in line since we called in. He goes to the front of the long line and she tells him there are no baked potatoes. She told my husband that she called me, her not knowing I was standing in line and when he said she said that I quickly came over. I said no one called me. So as Im talking to the cashier she STOPS talking to me to help someone else and told me to hold on. I then said "well how long will it be"? while we're just standing there. She asks someone and comes back and say 1 hr. ONe Hr? I only have a 30 min lunch and I called the order in. So Im at this point pissed because Ive missed my lunch and had nothing to eat. She didnt offer ANYTHING she just looked at me and said we'll call you when its ready and she was SORRY. How can she even call me when she NEVER got my phone number. :( I WONT be back this was VERY POOR CUSTOMER...

Awful. I ordered a 2-person order for my boyfriend and I through EatStreets. We arrived, and we try to call them (because they have a sign right out front that says to call for curbside) called several times, no answer. Finally had to go inside after about 15-20min, that took even longer. I was standing in there for at least 10min, when some people came in behind me. They stood there about 5min or so, before a worker asked them what they needed. I WAS IN LINE IN FRONT OF THEM AND NO ONE HAD SAID A WORD TO ME YET. They immediately made their order, and had ME move so they could check them out. FINALLY they ask me what I need, and I let them know I placed a pick up order. They finally realized after 45min, that my ticket never printed out. That I understand, and didn’t so much have a problem with. But, if they had helped me before the people behind me, they would have figured that out about 20min ago. I finally get my order after nearly an hour of waiting, and I get home to see they didn’t even give me the cookie I paid for. I heard the manager say in there that he was no longer answering the phone. I tried to call numerous times and no answer. Horrible horrible service, never...
