So I literally created a google account just to leave this review because that is how bad my experience was. So I bought one of the Boy Scout coupon cards you know the one that the little kids guilt trip you into buying and on there is dominos and I was oh ok cool me and my wife decided to have a pizza and movie night. I order my two pizzas one large bbq chicken and one large half cheese half pepperoni and banana peppers both with extra sauce not that hard right? But the guy at the register couldn’t comprehend it and I repeated it 3 different times for him and then when I gave him the Boy Scout coupon he just sort of looked at it not sure what to do and then he got a manager I believe and he got it put in now I overheard him mention that they do it a certain way because they track who uses them very closely. When the manager walked away I asked the cashier about it and he said with the most dead pan and agitated tone “yeah is that going to be a problem” just staring at me. I replied with no because it really wasn’t I just was trying to make conversation and make sure I heard it right. So right before I pay for my order he checks the name and says “was Henry right?” Which of course no. My name is Joe. So i figure whatever now me and my wife are waiting in the restaurant and then like 30 min goes by and they haven’t called my name so I go up to check and both are ready I check the first one and it looks good. The second one I open and it’s my bbq chicken guess what was missing. There was absolutely no cheese on it. So I get the guy and they start making me a new one and let me keep the one with no cheese yay something that me and my wife are not going to eat. Then the correct one comes out and then me and my wife head home to watch our movie. I take a bite of my pepperoni and banana peppers that one was messed up it had extra cheese and regular sauce but I couldn’t tell until I took a bite. This has been one of the worst pizza...
Read moreTerrible, terrible experience. We ordered 4 large pizzas (about 8 hours in advance over the phone) to be delivered at 7:00pm for a Little League baseball season celebration. Our card was charged at the time of the order ($58.11). I called when our delivery was not made at 7:00pm. Initially, they couldn't find our order in the system and questioned whether we were sure it was the right store. Eventually, they found our order and told us the driver was "in the area." This was at 7:15pm. They couldn't tell me exactly where the driver was or when he was expected to arrive but said "It should be within the next 10 minutes." 10 minutes later - still no pizza. We called back and went through the same exact fiasco of them not being able to locate our order. We ultimately spoke with Derek (a manager), who hung up on us when we asked to cancel the order at 7:37pm (37 minutes after our scheduled delivery). After we sent the baseball team home without their celebration pizza - I called back asking to speak to a manager about our experience. I spoke with Melissa who confirmed that our order was cancelled, and the money will be refunded. That was it. No apology - no attempt to make it right - no explanation for why our pizza was never delivered for our end of season celebration. Incredibly disappointing customer service. When you make a mistake, make it right - or at least give the customer the common courtesy of an apology instead of hanging up on them. Would give 0...
Read moreThese are the wings I just had delivered. That's what counts for wings at Domino's apparently. One of them isn't even a wing it's the top end piece that nobody eats because there isn't anything on there to eat. So now I'm driving back in the snow tonight to get my corrected order because they can't seem to get their stuff together. As much food as I order from this place, I will go out of my way to not use this store.
Update. Got to the store and everyone was standing there staring when I walked in, I show the manager the wings I was brought and he shrugged his shoulders at me and said "we are making 200 pizzas an hour and we can't check everything before it leaves." So nobody looked at my wings before they were cooked? When they were putting the sauce on? When they boxed them up? I feel like it's a lack of simply caring at all. Slap it together shove it in the oven and send it out. Who cares once it leaves the store? It's not like it'll come back.......well if you make 200 per hour, but messed up 50 orders, not only did you lose those 50 pies but you're making 50 more to replace them. So that's half of your hourly output right there..any more bad excuses? Just be honest. We don't care, we don't follow the steps that Domino's says you should, and you'll take what you get or nothing. So the manager pulls a $20 out and says sorry have a good night be safe. So yeah this store may need some help, I'm taking my...
