Dunkin' — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

2023: This Hancock location was Excellent when it 1st opened--like all of them. But then, they all seem to go downhill after awhile in CO. Not sure if it's Corporate, Management, or Employee Training that's lacking at times--depending on CO locations? For snacks, some locations only Display their Donuts (as if they're hiding other snacks for certain customers?), & which the Snacks are usually Too Small & NOT Very Fresh most often! While other locations, Display all their Donuts, Muffins, etc. We like to SEE what we're buying for Snacks, cuz that tells U what was made better that day--since Dunkin FOOD is rarely consistent anymore vs. how things were made many years ago! Dunkin's Donuts are not different enough anymore, & we can usually find equal/better & bigger Donuts at Grocery stores! This Hancock location also seems 2b out of something, just about every time we stop by, whether they don't order/stock adequately or who knows? Their basic Hot Coffee is rarely HOT enough--whether the coffee sits too long in Carafes, or they need a better way to maintain the HEAT! Dunkin needs to resolve this major problem ASAP at all Locations! Dunkin also stopped Special Deals for Seniors!!!And, Dunkin's Special Monthly Deals r NOT much of a deal, like they used 2b, & half the time a certain location is out of part of the deal anyways! Overall, Dunkin is an OK place to quickly stop for certain Hot/Cold Drinks or Coffee & various Sandwich/Snack Items (mainly for Breakfast). In my opinion, Dunkin's Quality & Size of Food/Snack Items--at least in CO--are lower than other places nowadays, & yet their prices remain closer to...

so yesterday I came in only two people working alone, no manager, no supervisor, no leaders in sight.. drive thru line is ridiculous, so I come inside, line is almost out the door and see everything is empty, they are having troubles stocking up while taking orders and making drinks. The two workers looks stressed out. They try to get to me as fast as they could. One of them just disappeared for a while and to find out she had to make sandwiches by herself too, I thought there is no way dunkin would set these employees up for failure like that. There’s no way I can see this Dunkin being successful in the long run. These poor employees look so stressed out and overworked. Today I came in and tried to give them both a great tip for their hard work and they can’t even take it!! I asked for their names, jersey and savanna it’s working tonight. They told me instead of the tip I can go ahead and do the survey on my receipt and mention their names and they’ll be recognized from dunkin. I thought this was better to leave a review! There’s a couple hard-working employees at this location that need recognition.. Way to go, I hope this helped you guys if not remember there’s plenty of opportunities somewhere else...

I go to this location almost every morning. I’m always greeted to horrible attitudes from two specific ladies. I have no idea of what their names is. One is an older Hispanic lady. She has a horrible attitude. She should not be working, especially if she hates the world, she should quit her job and go work somewhere else. No one wants to deal with getting coffee and being greeted with a horrible attitude. The other lady is a younger Hispanic lady with herpes on her lips, which I feel as though she shouldn’t be around the food. or serving or greeting customers because it’s disgusting and jarring to see she always has a horrible attitude and complains about anything that you ask her to do. You can’t ask her to put whip cream on your drinks without having a huge attitude and backing up the line for a minute. She doesn’t know how to greet the customers multiple people complain about her horrible attitude she deserves to be fired. She doesn’t need to work in...
