I had the worst experience possibly that I've ever had with any business ever here last week. My family and I all placed orders within an hour of closing through the app and were almost immediately called and told they had no bread and that if we didnt want a wrap or bowl they could cancel our order. Disappointing, but okay. Please cancel all 3 orders, thank you. The next morning we wake up to our orders having posted. No one canceled anything. That afternoon I reached out to the store manager to see what the issue was. I was met with lies from one employee and attitude from the store manager. She informed me that I would need to get each family member to come into the store for our refunds as there was no other option as we had used a discount code. Now I'm frustrated. I asked for the owner to please call me back and was told that was not an option. That the only option was for us to be inconvenienced to the point of having to each individually take time out of our day to come into the store to receive our refund. We were offered no compensation for this inconvenience. Perhaps, since they had charged us all they could just give us the food we had paid for...but no. We must come in to the store and deal with this in person. My husband asked for the store owners name and was refused this information. My husband expressed his frustration and was threatened with having the police called on him if he came in. Yet we are still given no other option for our refunds. After several days the franchise owner did reach out with a generic copy and paste with no acknowledgement of the fact that we've still been charged for food we did not receive. When I responded to this generic email with the information that the police had been threatened on us he asked for clarification of what happened, which I gave. This was a week ago. Ive not heard back from Nathan since. We had to contest the charges with our bank to get our refunds. What a GIGANTIC pain in the butt and such disrespect. Its frustrating to know that Nathan owns every jersey mikes in the pikes peak region and that he cares so little for his customers that he wont even respond to emails when his store manager threatens them. Clearly we wont be eating jersey mikes unless we're traveling from now on. Such a shame. We love the #55.
All this because we wanted a dang ole cheesesteak and were offered a coupon that made it a must! I'm just dumbfounded.

Read moreI went to this Jersey Mikes a couple weeks ago: I went to the front counter and met a young, new employee on her 1st day and she went out of her way to make me an excellent tuna sub!! She made sure I was satisfied with how it was made, she was so kind and her Manager was so kind as well and the tuna sub was one of the best I've ever had at a Jersey Mike's!! (I've been here before too: I always get great Customer service, kindness and quality, delicious food! I love the Club Supreme sub and the classic Tuna sub!!! This is one of my top 2 favorite COS locations!!! If Jersey Mike's corporate is looking at this-give the employees a bonus or a reward of some sort! Consistently doing a great job. I'm usually not impressed with restaurants or fast food places because bad Customer service, laziness and "shrinkflation" has ruined a lot of these places-but I can consistently get a wonderful product from J Mikes. We double checked the online order and the receipt to ensure it was not our mistake, but the sandwich was missed. I called to explain the situation and the guy I spoke with was kind and told me I could come back for the sandwich. About three minutes later the supposed cook calls me back to tell me she made all our sandwiches and this one was not missing. Mind you we ordered a box of sandwiches and about 15 individual sandwiches, wouldn’t be hard to miss one. Not only did she accuse us of lying about it, she said she would not remake the sandwich for us. She continued to argue with me regarding our missing sandwich and when I asked for her name to report her to the manager, she hung up on me.
