☆separate occasion Furthermore, when it came to something as simple as requesting additional sauces, they seemed to argue and then abruptly shut the drive-thru window on me, making it seem like they couldn't hear my concerns. Their dismissive behavior, such as saying 'this ain't Taco Bell,' was both unprofessional and disrespectful this also was the manager that did this and a young girl I walked in and asked the girl's name and the next day I CALL asked for the manager's name that was working the night before they did not want to disclose the woman's name the complaint with the person I answered the phone ..i told them .: she was short a heavier set woman blondish crulish in a ponytail dressed and manager clothes blue button up dress shirt. she couldnt have been a mannager or a employ conducting there self in that manner to a customer just asking for two more sauces and would have gladly paid if that was the problem so I got out of the car and went into the McDonald's got the girls name which I can't remember Now she's young and long hair and she thought it was a joke that I was so upset so I left and proceeded to throw my soda at your doors which didn't happen the way I wanted it to the wind caught my soda went on the ground lucky u

a few days ago may2024 IWILL NEVER GO BACK HERE IM SHOCKED THE STUFF THAT work there I think are trained on just flat out being rude disrespectful I have given this place chance after chance I have not written this with you yet because I felt that maybe they were just having a bad day but this happens every single time I go I even have a video of the people in front of me in the Drive-Thru going through the same thinkg they are yelling cussing out the window and the people in the car screaming just give me my food something to that effect. And there are kids in their car and in mine this is unacceptable highly inappropriate and downright ghetto and everybody that was there should have been extremely ashamed of themselves I'm a business owner and they would have been fired on spot.
Lastly, it was disappointing to see the prices at this McDonald's location skyrocket while the quality of the food remained less then subpar. It left me questioning whether the price increase was truly justified. It's like it just sat there forever and to argue about the sauces it's inevitable it happens every time Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was far from satisfactory. I hope they can address these issues I have 5 people that where there this last time and there all about to live There reviews. a fan of McDonalds for life but your store needs a stuff makeover or some discipline. Read moreJanuary 5, 2024 Wow, the interior is a dead zone - abandoned. Well, certainly not the classic good old McD's we recall. Lunch hour and the dining room and front counter interior was customerless, nobody anywhere. The joint was empty, as I was the only customer inside placing a to-go order using my Gift card. I guess the times they are changing and before long McD's will be using a robot staff. Sad state of affairs. Just read all the bad and horrible experience reviews posted on this store's nonsense and very poor customer service, and I guess that explains that nothing has changed. Still the worst McDonald's in our city.
New Review: May 10, 2023 Ridiculous. We thought we needed to try the newly refurbished McDonald's store and the newer Big Mac sandwich. Ridiculous. First off, the Drive Thru now has 2 lanes for ordering and pickup, but then patrons must jockey and beg each other to be allowed to merge into the single file pay window and pickup windows. Ridiculous! I finally had to exit my truck and ask a driver to please let me get in line to pay and get my meal. At the Pay window, I discovered that even with the help of a computer add/subtract cash register, the staff member could not properly make change. He initially was argumentative. He had to call his manager for help. She was stern and acted entitled, never smiled, never said we are sorry, and then just ran away as fast as she arrived. Ridiculous customer service. So, can you spell cold food by the time I picked up my order? Ice cold actually. Ridiculous. Poor training and poor attitudes from employees will keep me away forever now. Their Mission statement is: To make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. This is how we uniquely feed and foster communities. Ridiculous and untrue.
Drive-through and no one would answer me on the outside speaker, so drove to the Pick-up window. It was exactly 10:50pm, not 11pm. All lights were on inside and outside as well. Crew member told me they were closed, and I asked what time the store closes; he said they were open till 11pm. He repeated they were closed and I asked to speak with the manager. By now, there are 2 cars lined up behind me. The female manager was courteous, and said they had closed early. I told her I had waited at the order menu speaker, no one would speak to me, so I drove to the Pick-up window, and I told her it was not 11pm yet, and the store had all lights on, inside and out. She said the Crew had been very busy the last hour and needed a break, so she decided to close early to take care of them. I told her that Customers come first, always, and unless there is an emergency, they should honor the hours, or at least turn off the exterior lights so customers aren't confused and disappointed. And at least let the customers know who are waiting at the drive-through order speaker for 5 minutes instead of making them drive to the window and wait some more for an explanation. Example of poor customer service, employees set the rules and hours, at this McD's on West Colorado Avenue. Time to call Corporate and the store...

I'm visiting from Texas and things are cheap in Texas, so imagine my surprise, and delight when I found out things, even in the most touristy of areas, are even cheaper. Except this McDonald's. Everything from the non-existent Dollar menu to the combos we're way over priced, WAY OVER PRICED!! Why when everywhere else in town is like 20-30% cheaper than Texas is this place 20-30% higher?
This would have been fine if I was paying for an above average visit, but that was HARDLY the case. I headed in right before sunrise for a day of hiking. The manager lady (assuming by her shirt and those goofy scarfs) at the front counter was maybe the rudest person I have ever met in the Service Industry. And yes I say Service Industry because I am a part of the industry, a server by trade. I guess because of the way I was dressed, sorry again going hiking, she thought I was one of the many transients in the area. She talked down to me and treated me like I was beneath her. And like a previous post mentioned just walked away in the middle of my transaction. When the other employee that finished my transaction asked for here or togo, she popped up out of literally no where to make sure I knew I was only welcome to dine in for 30 minutes. (Ended up staying roughly 40 all in all)
Now, let's talk setting. GROSS. I Watched the cleaning guy use old nasty water to mop. The bathroom looked absolutely disgusting, and they just opened the lobby at 5am!!! Did it sit there with dirt, trash, feces, and urine all night?!?!? During my meal a woman came up to counter and complained about the bathroom on the women's side. I was there easily another 20 minutes, no one ever looked into her complaint.
Look this is right outside a huge tourist town and appearance, attitude, and a general desire to do the right thing, hell even EXCEED expectations could turn this place into a diamond in the rough. As much as I love Micky D's, never again at...
