MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

We had a long day driving and it was VERY nice to come here and enjoy a dinner together. The food was excellent. They have Gluten Free accommodations and were very good about changing gloves.

One note: they use the same oven and utensils, so if you have a big sensitivity be aware. It's so good though so it is entirely preference based.

It took us about 15-20 minutes to get through the ordering process and finally sit down. (We set aside time for this since it wasn't our first visit to a Mod Pizza, but one of our group members had never been before and was shocked since there were only 5 people in line.)

The atmosphere overall was nice, but the bathroom was disgusting. I had to clean it prior to my use. I spoke with the rest of my group and they had similar experiences in the other stall. (Single-toilets x2) I would say during a slightly less busy time I'm sure it would be fine, but we went during the 4-5pm rush.

I put in a Mobile order for 2 pizzas for pick up, when I got there they had only made one pizza. So I waited patiently, the older guys said they were training.. (Clearly they forgot one) One sat ready while we waited for the other. It was fine and not that big of a deal. But once I got home and checked it, they made it wrong. I called and spoke to who I knew was the older white male in charge because everyone else were teenagers and he said he would send me a coupon for a free pizza to make it right although he sounded annoyed and bothered. We went here for a school fundraiser and loved that each kid could get the pizza exactly the way they wanted with the small personal sizes and multitude of toppings/sauces/cheeses. Even gluten free crust - yay!! Perfect for a family of picky eaters and dietary restrictions. Atmosphere is fun and easy. Wine in a can available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pizza came out fast (though they got things a little confused the night we were there and one of our pizzas briefly was lost...). Overall a good experience.
