This was my favorite bar until tonight. I always leave a 15-30% tip. Tonight my husband closed out our card. He didn't leave a tip. The bartender was heavier set long hair and hassled us about it. At first he said "is there any reason you didn't leave a tip?" And I told him I usually handle it no worries as he brought as back their receipt for us to "fix". I was literally doing the math on my phone calculator and he kept going on about it. My husband asked if it was because he felt like he "earned it or needed it." He said "a little bit of both. This is how I eat" and we told him we appreciated his honesty. I was writing the tip in and he kept going on about it and I changed my mind and scribbled it out. I have worked in a service industry where I receive tips and have never once said to my customer/client anything about a tip that wasn't given. Extremely unprofessional and rude. We have brought in 10+ friends on multiple occasions to this bar and loved their food, service, drinks, atmosphere, games, and the whole experience. We will not be coming back or recommending this to anyone let alone friends if this is the service and attitude we will be getting. Everyone else was wonderful and always is. This bartender's attitude and service was extremely disappointing. Of the hundreds of dollars we have spent here (drinks food and games on multiple occasions) I am so sad to see someone act that way. It is not our fault if someone is paid $9/hr and relies on tips. If he had been polite and kind about asking instead of rude, insistent, and pushy we would have gladly tipped 20% or more as usual. I am really sad to see my favorite bar (and chicken tender place) become somewhere I will probably...
Read moreBeen busy apartment hunting today and have been looking forward to this place all day. Moved here from out of state. Walked in and wasn't greeted, instead stared at. My friend and I walked in and sat at a table waiting for a server. The bartender doesn't bother walking to us, instead yells behind the bar our server will be with us. We understood and waited another 5-10 minutes. The bartender the whole time hung out with his friends, even greeted people he knew. To make it less awkward, we decided to play some games. We played for about 15minutes. Selection of games are small. About 24 arcade games. Server never came so we had to talk to the bartender again and he finally took our order. Ordered wings and jalapeño poppers. They were good! Just sucked we had to wait. Bartender continued talking and hanging out with his friends and greeted people he knew that walked in.
Atmosphere was cool. Limited selection on games. Food was okay. Bartender sucked. Didn't feel welcomed to this new place. But whatever I guess. Wish...

The drinks were definitely the star of the show!
Gaminini - Jameson, Peach, Sour Mix 🎮
Space Garbage - Raspberry Vodka, Lemonade, MadDog 20/20 🗑️
PAC-MAN QUESADILLA Grilled chicken, cheddar jack cheese, peppers, onions, sour cream, and salsa
Verdict: 👍👍 The drinks were crazy sweet, but fun and I can't remember the last time someone served me MD 20/20. The quesadilla was full of veggies, which was great. Very filling and way better than we were expecting.
The arcade part of the bar is not quite at the level of some of the old-school game bars at home in MN. Maybe a quarter of the stuff Up/Down or Can-Can Wonderland has, but still nice to have the option....
