Pandaz Boba Tea — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

This is my first time visiting and I'll be coming again. It's an awesome hole in the wall kind of place and it's definitely a vibe being here too!

If you always wanted some kind of food while you drink your boba, then there you go, this place has it!

I ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea and it was delicious! It tasted natural and all that jazz. Later in the day, I came back and ordered the Strawberry Fruit Soda. It did not disappoint either. They package it fresh and give it to you. Just make sure you tip it upside down for about 15 seconds though.

While you wait, you can play the PS5, board games or the Street Fighter as you enter the establishment. I played some Fortnite on the PS5 as I waited for my order. Then when my friend arrived, we played some Street Fighter too.

During the night time, they offer EDM nights unlike most places with rap or country. How cool is that? If you didn't know, they serve alcohol too!! That's awesome!!

I highly recommend you come to this place. I give it five out of five stars. Make sure to bring the family and your friends here too. I'll be here in the next month most likely. This place is my next favorite boba place to...

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great time here, we ordered our stuff at 2:43. We waited for 10 minutes and got our drinks, we also had steak fries in the same order but they didn’t come out with the drinks. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt as they were probably still cooking! More time goes by and I start to worry a bit that maybe they forgot but it’s okay. I go to the server and ask at 2:57 and I say “hey just wanting an update on the fries, when do you think they will be ready because we have somewhere to be at 3:30.” She looks at me pale almost like she forgot about our fries and she says that it’s being made right now but then proceeds to go in the back to tell them. Keep in mind we are the only people who are in this place who ordered at the time. 20 minutes go by at 3:17pm and I tell her that we have to go we are already running late for our appointment she goes back and hands us a luke warm thing of fries right after I ask? Confused but since we were already running late because we have been waiting 35 minutes for our food I wasn’t too worried! We get in the car and they forgot our steak, I would understand if it was super busy I can get behind that things happen… extremely disappointed with the service considering we were the only people there and the workers...

TL:DR- The drink I got was yummy, but the food was strange. I haven't physically been here, but I saw them for the first time on Doordash, and I'm an avid Boba fan, so I thought I'd try them out. I saw they had food, and I LOVE cheese, so I thought I'd give their Pandaz Dog Cheese Only (I think that's the name) a try. It was.. interesting.. to say the least. It looks like a panko bread corndog on the outside, and I was very confused when I first saw it, cause the to-go box was filled with this white stuff, and at first I was alarmed, cause I thought it was a pile of salt, but I took a bite, and it was actually SUGAR! With a large chunk of mozzarella on the inside. It tasted exactly like a funnel cake, but with a hunk of cheese in the middle. My taste buds were very confused! As for the drink, I got their Ube milk tea, and it was quite nice. However, I asked for no ice, so they gave me light ice, and added a note apologising because they aren't allowed to put no ice into the final product? I appreciated the note, but find this practice strange, because all other Boba places I've been to have accommodated my "no ice" preference without batting an eye. All this to say, I'd recommend the drink, but not the snack I ordered. Unless...
