Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. When I get to the window the clerk tells me the amount and I hand him my card. Instead of him swiping it he pushes the card machine towards me and asks me to answer the screen regarding a tip. I selected NO tip and the clerk immediately changed his "friendly" tune and copped an attitude. Since when is it a requirement to leave a tip? Furthermore my sandwich was over microwaved and hard and the coffee was luke warm at best. This location has continued to get worse with the coffee not being hot enough. What infuriates me the most is the whole tip thing. Tips are left AFTER service not before. Im so glad I did not leave a tip, as the food and beverage were not tip worthy. If you think I owe you a tip for being nice, well you have another thing coming. I WONT return to this starbucks. Get rid of...

Since Starbucks is such a huge corporation no one really cares about the service, or what customers have to say. However, for those who are wanting to try this location atleast you'll know why this Starbucks has a low rating. This specific location has burned me way too many times and unfortunately its not worth the time and money to go back. Every time I've given this location a try they remind me just why I won't give anymore of my money to starbucks. They don't care. Once I ordered a bacon gouda sandwich and they put it in a dirty bag...... A freaking dirty bag!!! There was pesto all up in that bag, could you imagine if I was allergic?? This Barnes & Nobles is disgusted. It used to have outlets for us to use our computers/laptops to work on whatever as I planned to do it to write my frickling book only to find that this shut down all electricity outlets in Starbucks area. A shocker. I used to come here and worked on something when I had a job. It is a major turn off!
