My sandwich was solid as I opted for the Italian Supreme today. Great combination of Italian cold cuts and meatballs and the giardiniera is a really nice addition. That sandwich is legit. Unfortunately the rest of the order was not so good. Eggplant parmesan was tough and skimp and cut thin as well. Let’s be honest folks certain sandwiches need to be taken more seriously as the preparation and or serving of that should not be frozen to start and if so then just take it off the menu. At least the Costco brand eggplant parmesan is much more palatable and tasty for example. Kinda shocking from someone who was really craving that sandwich. She had no choice but to return the sandwich and order another one because she wasn’t pleased and was telling me everything that was wrong with it. Then she proceeded to order the prime rib and provolone and thought she couldn’t go wrong and was willing to pay the most money for the specialty sandwich. That one had so little prime rib and cheese that it was really disgraceful and made you not want to return to a sandwich shop that you initially found in Denver by DU campus and fell in love only to be burned with this other location in Colorado Springs. She isn’t interested in returning for a unsatisfactory 20$ dollar sandwich essentially and that sucks for me because I’ve generally had no issues. Sorry no accompanying photos as I just thought to make my own review after she made a review to the company website and I thought the public should know my...

Read moreSnarfs is a pretty good sub place. But in comparison to Subway, honestly not much of a difference. Which is why I’ve given Snarfs a 3-star. The price for the sub and a fountain drink are steep. $4.99 at subway for a 6 inch versus $11.25 for a 7 inch sub at Snarfs. And this doesn’t include the drinks or a side if you wanted it. My husband and I ordered a fountain drink. 1 fountain drink comes to $2.75. Two fountain drinks with tax brings us to $5.95 for 2 fountain sodas.
The sub itself seems to be slightly more filling than Subways. I just don’t care for the price when I could go to subway and get the same quality for half the price. If you’re okay spending extra, then Snarfs is fine. If you’re on a budget, save your money and go to subway. They offer more bread selections, toppings, and...
