Snarf's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

When I arrived, the parking lot was busy and the tables inside were bustling. Luckily, there was no line, so I walked right up to the counter and was helped immediately. The gentleman who took my order was friendly, patient, and explained things where needed--always appreciated on a first visit.

For myself, I ordered The Reuben (with corned beef), Zapp's Regular Flavor chips, a fountain Coke, and a White Chocolate Macadamia cookie. For my husband, I grabbed a Super Club, two jumbo pickles, Cheddar SunChips, and a Toffee Chocolate Chip cookie. I also bought an Italian Sandwich, so I could try a couple items.

My Reuben was outstanding. The corned beef had an incredible smoky flavor, and every element of the sandwich came together beautifully. The Italian was also delicious, with hot giardiniera adding a punch of heat. I usually go for hot cherry pepper relish on Italian subs, so this was a fun twist--and the meats and cheeses all tasted fresh and high-quality. Both sandwiches delivered on flavor and quality.

On the flip side, I wasn't a fan of the pickle--it was a bit soft and had a distinct flavor that didn't hit the mark for me. I also would have preferred the bacon on the Super Club to be crisper, as it leaned on the chewy side.

That said, the overall experience was wonderful. The restaurant was clean, the staff polite and personable, the décor fun, and the food as a whole very satisfying. I'll definitely be back, and I've already made plans to visit the Briargate location, which is closer to me.

Okay, Foodies, get ready for a treat when you're looking for a great sandwich shop and I do mean 'great' in every sense of the word. Great sandwiches, great selections of ingredients to make your sandwich truly 'yours', fixed just like you like it. The service is really good for a newly opened eatery. I am really partial to the Roast Beef offering, it's yummy, really yummy and paired with the clam chowder soup or the chicken tortilla soup it becomes irresistible. Cassie, the manager, and her crew are eager, willing and able to make your visit special and very memorable. You'll want to go back again and again, a refreshing addition to the great bunch of places we already have here in the Springs, it will make it's way onto the list of places you'll visit regularly and recommend to your family and friends once you try some of the wonderful offerings, and find a few to call 'your favorites'. On a family trip to Colorado We saw Snarf's sandwiches while driving by and for several days we kept mentioning this odd place called Snarf's sandwiches because we thought it was so bizarre that someone would actually name their business that. Well we were hungry one day and said we'll let's go to Snarf's sandwiches. It did not disappoint! We loved the sandwiches they were filling and the place provided a large range of options.

The only downside is that this location is across from a motel. As a party of 7 in a packed sandwich shop we took the seating outside. All seats faced outwards towards the motel and this is where my children got to eat their food while experiencing viewing their first drug transaction. Not even one. Several handoffs with very sketchy, ill, drug induced people. They noticed we were watching them and it made us feel even more uncomfortable. So..good food but...
