My hubby and I love to try new places and recently tried Trivelli's Hoagies through Grubhub. And this was a dud. The order was incorrect, we were both delivered cheesesteaks instead of what we actually ordered. This happens with online deliveries so we've learned to lean in and, who knows, maybe find new favorites. We tried the cheesesteaks, garlic bread, and spaghetti they sent. There was no garlic at all for the garlic bread, the meatballs on the spaghetti are extremely similar to the ones we get at the grocery frozen section, and the cheesesteaks were little more than ground beef and cheese. Not really a great first impression. Mind you, if you were a college kid, these portions are generous on a low budget. To be fair, it could be that our expectations don't match what this business intends. Caveat: Only provided rating on food since this was a grubhub order and thus unfair to rate service...

A bit pricey but so worth it. I got the 12" turkey hoagie no onion or cherry peppers, fries, and root beer. Was $22.99 after tax. Fries were hot and fresh and are made to order and the amount was a lot for just a side order. Hoagie (sandwich, no offense) was fantastic. The bread was fresh, meat was fresh, cheese, veggies...all fresh. Amazing portion sizes and all balanced. Perfect oil&vinegar to seasoning blend and not overpowering like everywhere else I've tried. It was very clean. The two people that were working were very friendly and had good attitudes. I've been a customer here the past 14...15 years now, though not regularly, and they have always been really good whenever I do stop in. My family and friends have also had good experiences eating here too. The ones visiting from out of state make this their FIRST stop before...

I don't usually complain about restaurants that much unless my experience is horrible and in this case I didn't even eat there. I went to Trivelli's Hoagies on Austin Bluffs And Barnes. There is a older lady (who I'm assuming is the owner) working there with a gentleman that was slicing meat . He was also cooking steak on the flat top and putting together orders. She took my order and I was about to give her my money when suddenly she screamed at the top of her lungs at the gentleman. He walked away frustrated then came back and told her that he can't work with her screaming at him all the time. Then she exclaimed and I quote "Why don't you just go kill yourself!" I told her that was unacceptable and wrong and I would never return. I don't think anyone should be giving this lady...

Pretty terrible and way too expensive. I started to have doubts when the owner pulled a slab of frozen chicken and steak out of the freezer. For $17 each, the sandwiches were actually two 6" rolls instead of one 12" roll. That's because Walmart doesn't sell 12" rolls. The steak sandwich was bland and had a dry mouth feel. The chicken sandwich was made with those rubbery breast with the fake grill marks and that artificial charred taste. We threw everything in the trash. I get it that there may be supply issues and they chose to get lesser quality ingredients, but they also increased their prices by about $2.50 for the footlong sandwiches. So now the customer is paying more for a trash sandwich.

We're in Colorado Springs for a couple of weeks visiting my son and we have a long list of eateries that we want to try. Anything that's a "mom-n-pop" place, not a chain. So far, everything has been delicious and this place is no exception! This sandwich rocks! I went with a basic ham and turkey hoagie while my husband got an Italian and he said his was equally delicious. I can't really rate atmosphere because we got our hoagies to go but the lady behind the counter was super friendly and made out sandwiches quick! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone!
